3View the company full of broken promises

Same here mate. My box went back to them 3 1/2 weeks ago, and still no sign of my refund. Last thursday they told me it had gone through the day before, and money would be in my account in 3-4 days. They were lying.

A very, very poor show.

Still waiting, They told me today that it would be back in my account within 7 days. Do I pay my credit card off to avoid paying interest or do I hold fire in the hope that 3view pay the refund????

Best bet is pay your card to avoid charges, from what i've seen on these 3view forums you will be waiting awhile for 3view to get it right, and the box!

I've also been waiting. Over a month now. And to really rub salt in the wound, they charged me twice in the first place so I am now out of pocket £548 and now paying interest on it
