They won't bring back the dance off this series having made the decision it is a public vote. I saw Felicity in training - my goodness, she is flexible for a woman over 60! I bet she does yoga!

I understand that Tissy and I agree with vincent's mojo. Ratings or no ratings, I object the show being pushed back so far, just because the X Factor is now 2 and a half hours long. There are only 14 acts, each singing one song and the results show is on Sunday, so there must be major filler even with 4 ad breaks per hour. There should be some give and take on both sides.

For as long as Simon Cowell has power over XF, and for as long as it continues to come tops in the ratings war, I doubt XF will budge at all. XF has nothing to lose by not budging, which is been proved week on week by their ratings. The minute SCD puts up a fight and moves to a later slow that will clash with XF more, there would be uproar, and SCD would end up with all the backlash.

Like it or not (and, trust me, I dislike it. A lot!), Strictly is unlikely to really challenge XF for the ratings, unless XF does something to majorly annoy the GBP, which I can't see happening, sadly.

I shouldn't think so ... someone normally starts a specific one with SPOILER all over it, but that's if any DFers are going...

I really hope so...

The spoiler thread is separate, and marked "SPOILER" in the title so that anyone who doesn't want to know the result before tomorrow's results show won't look in accidentally

That's assuming we manage to get a mole for this week, of course
