We're now 3 weeks in and it's about the time when we start having favourite couples in addition to thinking who the best dancing couples are. So far, I have a major soft spot for Kara & Artem and Scott & Natalie. I don't think I could pick between them right now. It also happens that my favourite couples this year are, IMO anyway, the best couples dance-wise as well as chemistry/entertainment-wise.
Dancing aside, do we all have a favourite yet?

Pamela and James for me. But that's cos I'm one of those weird James Jordan fans. It helps that she can dance!

I genuinely just adore them 
I love Scott and Natalie too and find Kara and her partner really watchable. Apart from them and Ann and Anton (primarilly because I love their training videos) I'm not a huge fan of any of the others this year...

My top three:
1. Jimi & Flavia - I find Jimi's enthusiasm infectious and he seems to bring out a more relaxed and fun loving side to Flavia that I've not witnessed before. I've enjoyed all their routines, even though they might not be technically perfect. Plenty of time to improve still.
2. Felicity & Vincent - I adore Vinnie, so naturally I'm drawn to this partnership. They wowed me with their Rhumba but I want to see more interaction between them on and off the dancefloor.
3. Scott & Natalie - They won me over with their Quickstep. Can't fault it. And Natalie is one of my favourite pros when she gets the choreography right (as she did tonight). Don't want to see anymore monkey impressions though.
Special mention for Patsy & Robin.

- I find him very endearing and easy on the eye, and I really like her.
Soft spot for Kara and Artem too, and I do love a bit of Scott.

I do really love watching Pamela dance, she's beautiful and I think she's really fun in all her VTs but James has always rubbed me up the wrong way. No offence meant to fans of his though.
I actually haven't had a favourite couple since series 5 (Alesha & Matthew) so the fact that I'm pulling so strongly for Kara & Artem and Scott & Natalie is a big plus for me. The last two series of Strictly have left me rather cold. I loved watching Ricky dance but he wasn't a fav of mine. So I am loving this new series

My favourite couple are Jimi and Flavia.
They have such a fantastic partnership, and I haven't seen Flavia so happy since she was with Matt in series 5.
They have a bundle of energy, and he has great rhythm.
Disappointed as to how they are marked, every week they seem to be undermarked

Hard to choose between my top two, Pamela and James, and Matt and Aliona - closely followed by Jimi and Flavia and Scott and Natalie. I also have a soft spot for Patsy, and, I do think Ola's routines for Paul have been very sweet, and are more endearing than Anton and Ann's.
Matt & Aliona for me followed closely by Pamela & James and Scott and Natalie. I thought they all danced brilliantly tonight.

Tina and Jared are my favourites, so I really hope they make it back! Very closely follewed by Matt and Aliona, and I've grown a soft spot for Pamela and James.
