Help -mode not supported

Since connecting to the internet via the plugs I've just received, my box now keeps locking up, something that hasn't happened before.
When I try to reset the system I disconnect the power and then reconnect holding the power button down. I get the 3view screen followed by a message that just says 'mode not supported' on a black screen. I haven't changed any of the resolution settings etc
Any ideas?
Thanks

For anyone else who has this problem, turn off the box for a good few minutes and it seems to right itself. Spoke to 3view who couldn't say what the issue was but its fixed for now..
