What has happened about the poor dog in the garage? It's getting pretty cold now and I hope it's now indoors!!

I started to watch Animals 24:7 this norning and the RSPCA were called out to a dog shut outside all day in a fenced yard and it had no shelter or bed and then as she walked away she heard a dog barking inside a garage and said it shouldn't be there and then I had to go out so don't know what happened....

i watched animal24/7 today aswell. she had to phone the police dog handler as it was an illegal dog RSPCA said it might have to be put to sleep.

On Animal 24/7 the neighbours told her the dog was a pitbull, which is classed as a dangerous dog, so she called the police dog handlers and they took it away. Seemed a nice dog, but the dangerous dog act makes it illegal to rehome pitbulls so (if proved to be a pitbull) it would have had to be PTS.

They also took away a pitbull that the owner had been keeping in a tiny understairs cupboard lying on its own excrement
