Kesha is doing what Gaga did and is expanding her Animal era. You can get an edition with both Animal and Cannibal or a standalone Ep with just Cannibal

This is the new song going along with it. I know there is already a thread on that song. Bit of a grower.

But in the states, it will be treated like an EP.

Nine new songs are gonna be on there plus a remix of the song Animal.

i already own Animal (very good party album i must say!) and Cannibal has intrigued me, and NO not LIKE Gaga, EP's have been around for years!

i hope it's getting an individual release over here, it has intrigued me, haven't heard the song yet though!

Will this be merged in the charts with Animal then? For example, would it's sales be added together with the original Animal?

Very likely. But in the US, probs not so much

I can't wait. The lead single for Cannibal is good. Very Kesha but no progression in her music. I am not comparing her to Lady gaga but i felt from Fame to fame monster, Lady gaga showed progression in her music. I felt Rihanna even showed progression with the three new songs she added to Good girl gone bad. Who knows? Maybe the other songs could be a bit different

I think the difference is, Kesha really doesn't take herself seriously in any way. Whereas Gaga seems to have a focus.

Over 40 minutes is an LP. If it is under 40 minutes it is an EP. If it is less than 25 minutes it is a single. Simple!

what happens when you have a 12 track album with very short songs and they equal up to an over all time of under 25 minutes.

the average song is 3 and a half minutes. so about 7 songs roughlt 25 minutes, so it's not a single.

I don't know why it's released here, there's no record of it on any single diary. We will just have to keep checking every Sunday. I can imagine it will be available here when a video is available for it, you need a lot of airplay in the UK otherwise singles just flop, radio's will probably play it but music channels need to aswell.

The Re-release drops 22nd so im guessing a week before that. Unless they are dropping it digitally a few weeks before physical

We still need a video.

Anyone heard sleazy yet, its on youtube now as it went on australlian itunes recently. It's clearly done by a different producer to her usuals, it's Bangladesh. I like how she is 'rapping' auto-tune free in it rather than what she normally does.

I am a bit mixed on Sleazy. Rather an unusual song when you hear it the first time

I'm lovingg Sleazy!! The lead single we are who we are, is kesha's signature sound and I can't help but like it and I don't like Cannibal that much though...Might give the EP a go...xx
