I know! I used to laugh at Gemma but I feel quite snobby these days, I find her quite common and nasty. Charlies only trying to respect her and shes being a right bitch about it!

I'm sure I recently saw a DM article on Lauren P, which stated her real age was 33, then when it was updated they referred to her as 28. The top comment even said that someone obviously let slip her real age.

Haha the show had me cringing sooo many times tonight!

Frankie's Essex's blonde moments - which I don't mind because you can tell they're actually genuine, unlike when Amy Childs used to say something stupid on cue in every one of her scenes without fail.
Frankie's face was hilarious when Little Chris came and asked her to feed the ducks! It was beyond awkward how he interrupted her and Joey's conversation twice because he was that eager and how he seemed to be about a foot shorter than her!

Gemma and Charlie situation is odd. Gemma is starting to annoy me by seeming desperate and not respecting Charlie. I can see where she's coming from, especially with all the gay rumours the show has set up, but at the same time if he wants to get to know her first and build a connection then it shows he really cares about her and wants a relationship instead of just sex, and she's throwing it back in his face. Even stranger when last series she kept saying how she wanted to find her prince charming and get married rather than messing around. I can't see this ending well. Also found it ironic how Gemma was making a point that people in Essex should have fun and not take themselves too seriously, at which point Charlie got up and danced like a lunatic - which then made Gemma freak out all of a sudden. He can't seem to win with her!

As for the texts Ricky's getting, I'm intrigued who's sending these. My initial thoughts are that it's Sam - she probably needs a new story line right about now and it's the sort of thing she'd probably do to stir things up. Or it could be Georgina because she hasn't had a decent storyline yet at all and didn't she say she liked the look of Ricky when he first came on the show? So I was surprised to hear everyone on here saying it's Charlie. I think that would be a bit too obvious and they'd definitely be uncomfortable sitting together and chatting in the club if that was the case!

Made me laugh as well how Lauren Pope was supposedly DJing the night, yet there was a scene randomly in the middle with her and Lauren G at the bar and it was like hang on - I thought she was 'working'? Haha so fake!

I also find it funny how they've had to bring in all these new male characters to make up for the loss of Mark Wright, since people don't seem to be warming to Ricky as the lead male character like they did with Mark. It seems that Ricky, Joey and Mario aren't strong enough to carry the plot on their own so we suddenly get introduced to about 3 new 'friends' all at once. I must say I like the look of the guy who fancies both the Laurens though - he seems the most promising of the lot.

Lydia/Arg - Still don't understand when Arg cheated on her, as she just threw that into conversation during the episode. And the last we saw he completely denied it to everyone he spoke to. Reminds me of the Mark/Lauren saga where one minute they were engaged and living together and by the next series she had supposedly cheated on him and they weren't together and we never really found out what went on. All I know is it works better without them bickering and crying all the time, even if it is pathetic how Arg thinks changing his appearance would get her back. As if a 4 year relationship with someone would end entirely because he was getting a bit fat. But fair play to him for getting off his arse and actually doing something this series!

Absolutely spot on. I must say that I agree with you on pretty much everything! I always have liked both laurens, frankie, chloe, cara, billie and that group! I really cannot stand the witches of essex (billie, sam and jess) and their evil step mother (carol). Also I like Arg/Lydia but Lydia is on her high horse at the moment and thinks she is God's gift or something! Her stroke mouth annoys me and her nasally weasy voice doesn't make things better. I think the texts to Ricky are from Sam because she has a track record of being the #1 homewrecker haha or georgina because she was warned by producers to stir up sh*t in this series or else she would be axed! I really dont get her being on the show because, yes she is probably the most classy and beautiful on the show and actually has a proper career and already has her dose of A-List celebs and not the Z-list towie lot so her reasons for being on the show doesn't make sense.

And yes we need Mark back not Amy. Everyone goes on Amy was the star but she was false with her act and it was blatant! Bring back Mark. I hope Lauren doesn't continue to obssess over him and finds a guy who will treat her right because Mark put her through enough crap by the countless cheating!

No it wasnt a repeat, they played against each other on Family Fortunes at new year but The Big Quiz was filmed recently.

Gemma was a pain this episode, take the hint. If a boy was pressuring a girl like that he'd have hell from the fans.

I personally think Gemma is highly insecure and being with a guy who really is not hot to trot in anyway is making her more insecure...That coupled with the fact he looked like he was enjoying his dance routine a bit too much has left her questioning his intentions.......

Sam is '21', which is about as believable as most of the storylines on this show. On an electoral roll search, Sam comes up as being on the 2011 roll in the age category of 25-29, so she is at least 25-26. Though I'd say she's probably 30.

Of course, that could just be any other Samantha Faiers from Essex... but she is listed as living with a Billie L Faiers, a Suzanne E Wells and a David K Chatwood; which would be a very curious coincidence......

I thought last nights episode was ok... I feel a little bad for little chris, being constantly put down by his "friends" The best parts of the show was Charlie's dancing and Little chris' attempt at asking Frankie out on a date.

As much as I appreciate that it was just a joke, I feel obliged to confirm that I wasn't the original procurer of this information . I saw it elsewhere and checked it out for myself and it's true! I don't really care enough to have initiated an investigation of my own, I swear!

I checked for Billie and she comes up as Age Category - 16-20 for the year 2011, so it appears she is actually telling the truth about her age, unlike '21' year old Sam.

I really enjoyed last nights episode. I thought it was the best episode in a long while.

My opinions on last nights events -

Joey/Sam/Frankie - I think the reason frankie is so protective over joey is because their mum died when they were really young so maybe Frankie have played like a mother figure to Joey. I don't know why Sam is interested in Joey again all of a sudden I reckon it's for airtime.

Mick and cara - this is just mick and Maria mark 2. Zzzzzzzzz

Arg and Lydia - I really like Lydia, I actually think she's my favourite in the whole show. I like Arg to but I think they are definetly better apart.

Ricky's mystery texts - right this is a real wild guess but I'm going for Billie Mucklow or Billie Faiers. I hope it's not Billie M though as that could cause riots.

Charlie and Gemma - I still think Charlie is gay but I think Gemma should stop putting pressure on him.

The divides - I think the divide in the girls is really clear now on one side you have Chloe, Frankie, Lauren, Lauren, Cara, Billie and Georgina and then on the other side Sam, Billie F, Jess and Gemma. Lydia seems neutral and friends with everyone. And Lucy is the same as Lydia I think. I can see a divide with the boys as well actually. Joey really doesn't seem to be a fan of Ricky. There seems to be one group of Joey, Arg, Diags and Tom P. and then another group of Mario, Ricky, lil Chris, Charlie and to an extent Bobby.

Aww and randomly am I the only one who really don't find Mario at all attractive? I think eye the eye candy is seriously lacking without Mark and Kirk.
For me the order of attractiveness out of the boys left is

1. Joey
2. Ricky
3. Tom P
4. Charlie

And then maybe mario.

You're definitely not the only one that doesn't find Mario attractive. I actually thought that the way he was "introduced" in series 3 was vile. He may have a nice body, but he's a male "butterface", at best. Even his personality is repulsive.

In my opinion, physically, Mark was the best-looking. Kirk was alright, as well, but he seemed a little two-faced.

I loved last nights episode, I think they've settled in the newbies now and new additions this year aren't so blatant and in your face as previously.

I think this is definitely up there with Season 2 as my favourite season so far.

I think Ricky's been getting texts from The Goodger, cue Jess/Lauren war.

I want to know who Jess has been seeing!

Also what was with Bobby still not having his salon open, he popped into Lydia's shop in the last season to say he was just about to open and Lydia was going to pop up for a look, 6 weeks later he's still not cut anyones hair!
