Just watched it on V+.

I love it.

When Arg was showing Lydia the flat in Chigwell, the kitchen sink tap was wobbling all over the place. What the jiggery pokery is a retractor fan? did he mean to say extractor fan?

Hehe, some of it is if you consider Bromley and Sidcup were in Kent and still use Kent in their postal addresses.

I just heard on LBC that they get £50 a day. A bit rubbish, really.

I don't think they got paid at all for the first series, it's not as if they need the money, most use the bank of Mum and Dad.

Kirk's Dad owns Sugar Hut, Kirk just manages it.

Quite possibly

As you noted above she meets CAN's usual client profile!

At least the thread starter had the intelligence to keep the thread here and not the Reality TV forum

Not really. That is alright for a part time job.

Plus the other opportunities they get from being on the show will make taking part worth it financially.

She's right. Mark is just smug and you can see he clearly thinks all of this is a laugh.

LOL that was so awkward. I actually like Lucy, I felt really sorry for her in the Christmas special when Mark was a total prat to her. I was just starting to warm to him towards the end of last series then really went off him in the Christmas episode.

Sam's my favourite, followed by Amy.

How Lauren can swallow his denial is beyond me. I don't see why Lucy would lie and Mark always gets aggressive when caught out.

Billie is very like Sam and like her appears very likeable.

Nice to see extended families this season, loved the interaction between Lydia's mum and Arg.

Amy is just pure tv comedy cold and with Harry as her sidekick has me in stitches.

'Blue is a swear word'

Nice to see Gemma again but sad that Mick went with Chloe, the obvious dolly bird but who to be fair seems nice enough.

Not impressed with Joey Essex in the slightest.

I love Arg, the scenes tonight with him getting driving lessons from Lydias Mum were hilarious, I think he comes across as being a genuinely nice guy.

HATED tonights episode.

I've loved this from the start, but tonight just didn't seem right. It was like a sitcom, everything in a fabricated order. I know it's never been "real" but Amy was nothing like her usual self, usually the scenes seem real but the conversations are the odd bits, but tonight it all just didn't seem right. The room they were in at the end with Lucy/Sam/Billie and then Arg/Lydia/Mark/Lauren looked like a set rather than a real place and again just odd.

Hopefully it's just all built around this proposal (which I'm almost certain happened on the night that was shown on Sunday's show since Lauren said the proposal took place in front of everyone in Sugar Hut, so the falseness around everyones reaction made sense in that respect) and normal service will resume from Sunday onwards.

Lauren's such a mumpty. Its a shame about Lucy, wanting to tell Lauren about sleeping with him two weeks ago and then crying with frustration. I agree it was more staged this week, but I loved Arg trying to drive with Lydia's mum.

I absolutely love this show, it's one of my guilty pleasures

Amy is my favourite, i think she's hilarious, i have my blonde dizzy moments but she is just something else! And with Harry as her side kick, love it!

I'm actually a fan of Mark and Lauren, i'm always hoping they will actually work out. Unlikely i know, i guess it's just the hopeless romantic in me lol.

Arg and Lydia crack me up, he comes across a genuine nice guy, and maybe a bit of a wet weekend. But he's sweet.

I don't care much for Sam, and absolutely cannot stand Kirk, there's just something about him!

As for the newcomers, i don't mind Sam's sister, or Joey Essex (what a name!). That blow up doll look-alike seems alright too, but my god what a scary sight! I forget her name...

Anyways, i've enjoyed the first couple of eps for this series, and already looking forward to the next!

I think it was hilarious. I am loving Arg and Lydia more than I expected. I love the relationship between them. Just everything he does, she had to put a downer on it, and they were always so sarcastic with each other. Like when he was weighing himself, and she had to carefully spell out the weight in stone.... Arg 17 and a half stone! Doesn't look like it!!

Gemma, the sales woman... cringey! The stuff she was saying in the car, i had a feeling she would jump on Kirk while driving

Glad Lauren was not there, she annoys me so much. Great to see Lucy again, but that club scene with her exchanging looks with Chloe's cousin was so staged and cheesy. Her cousin, I felt bad for, he was 20 years old, but when he was speaking to Mark, all Mark said was "Well your not at my level yet, you have potential"... talk about putting a downer on him.

And Jess... she is gorgeous and lovely.
Amy... so likeable, she makes me laugh so much!
