Last year she asked a guy if Essex was in south London.

Yet she was Head Girl at her school.

I told myself that I wouldn't watch this programme...I tried not to watch it...then I started enjoying it. The shame!

Join the club. I think most people thought WTH is this when they first tuned in.

I'm addicted to this programme, it's my guilty pleasure! Am I the only one that can't stand Lydia's mum? She's an interfering old witch. Hated it when she slammed the door on Arg and commented on the fact that he brought flowers round. Your daughter is a 20 year old woman for goodness sake! I'd be embarrassed if my mum interfered like that when I was trying to sort my relationship out. Also cannot stand Lauren G and Joey Essex, what a plank that boy is!

Watching repeat. Mark soooooooooooo wants Sam. I think she could be the girl that could break his heart so he sticks with Lauren.

I agree. I've always thought he had more chemistry with Sam.

This series Amy has pretty much boiled down to making inane comments about hair, wax and basic geography. Yawn. Its clear her management or "people" want to protect her image, and not have her make any comments or be involved in anything that could be seen as "controversial" And because of that she's literally been frozen out of any drama (entertainment) reduced to breaking up every other characters dramatics with her "light relief" scenes. Ugh. She used to be so honest, up front and tough last series which imo, is what made her one of the stand outs of last year. This year? Oh.dear! Her break up with Kirk last year, for example gave her that connection with the viewing audience, it was real and you felt for her. Now, she's coming across as deep as a puddle. Its no coincidence that she is having her thunder stole by Sam this series, who is involved in the major stories, who is putting herself out there and with what appears to be with a great deal of honesty too. If Amy carries on playing it safe and stupid people will get bored, and fast!”

LOL....Well after that speech you'll be dissapointed to know she is reportedly getting her own spin off show.

Agree about Lydia's mum, Lauren G and Joey - is he seriously that thick??? I'd also add Gemma to that list - I really don't see the point of her being in it at all.

You do have to take all of these scenarios with a hefty dose of salt considering there are probably 2 or 3 other people there recording it so that will change your behaviour. You'll play up to them.

As for Joey Essex he is the real star of the show. I mean he has come out with more classic quotes than the rest of the cast put together. He really does strike me as being a bit dumb, but if he isn't he's some actor! One of the funniest scenes was Sam describing her perfect date of swish limos and restaurants and then cutting to Joey Essex talking about Thomas the Tank Engine strawberry yogurts. You'd have to be made of stone not to laugh.

Oh yes how could I forget Gemma, not warmed to her either to be honest.

I did laugh out loud at Joey's Adventure, the Thomas the Tank Engine yoghurts, the bike ride, the helmets, the tip, squashed sandwiches.. It was hilarious. Still can't stand Joey though, I just can't put my finger on it. Had to laugh at the botox party when Lauren said "Can I be part of this group even though I've not got fake boobs?!" and the reply was "You've had your nose done" or something to that effect!

Attractive, nice laugh, thick (or her contrived character is), false breasts = ideal for greater exposure in the world that is the UK today!

Totally agree ,I have I feeling he is settling for Lauren because she a door mat Sam would not take Mark's BS like Lauren does ,however you can see how much he fancies Sam much more than Lauren IMO :

Why would Sam kiss Mark on the cheek and why would Mark ask her to work with him behind Lauren's back.

Mark has no respect for Lauren its really bad. He is such a control freak and attracted to conflict. He LOVES girls fighting over him and taking the piss out of them. He can't stand that Sam has moved on and isn't sitting at home depressed from unrequited love.

I kinda want to see Lauren suffer because she is such a woman hater in general and a fool to go back to him anyway. Bossy annoying cow

I couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculously staged the bit where Paloma saw Mark and Sam together at the restaurant. What an obvious double take and stare. :L
