Does anybody know how many episodes there are going to be in Series 2?

Yeah , was really bad wasn't it. Paloma seems relatively normal tbh but her acting skills aren't the best, the scene when her and AMy blurted out the info was the worst acted scene ever in towie and that is saying something believe me.

Still can't stand Lauren. LOL at the little argument between her and Mark's family. I would be quite pissed off if I was Jess, and one of my brothers' fiancee's accused us of not being close (as I think Jess and Mark are pretty close). I love the awkwardness of this show.”

Yeh the awkwardness comes into it's own with Mark and Lauren cos there are real feelings at stake and the emotions are genuiine, no acting going on when all those Wright women started talking with Lauren at the party! The stuff with Kirk is comical (he's getting worse) as is Sam's "romance" with Joey which is completely fake in case u all didn't know!!

He definitely loves her - in his way. you don't put up with all her shi* unless you feel something - 9 years on and off.

Did anyone notice when they were planning the engagement party there was a graduation photo on the wall, could have been Lauren G's sister.

Just watched part of Sunday's epsidode again, to see Paloma's double take, she makes me laugh. She reminds of the character in a movie, usually playing a children's nanny who then turns out to be a complete psycho.

He loves her, his speech was too heartfelt to be fake. He also has digs at Sam, at the wedding show when Sam was modelling he said thats the closest she'd get to wearing a white wedding dress.

Sam was his booty call on and off over the years so there will be some feelings there but she was never his main woman.

Anyone else noticed how alike Mark's mum and Sam look? The next time they show Sam sucking a lemon you'll see Mrs Wright to a T

Love the show.

No! I loved her in the first series, but this series she seems different.. like she's always got some little remark to make (don't call me on it.. cant think of a situation!) or she has to get her 2 pennies worth in.
Hasn't she got any OAP friends?

I really don't mean that in a nasty way, BELIEVE me there are far worse characters such as Lauren G, Joey Essex, Lydia's mum, Mark's mum, Gemma.

Agreed - funniest bit in show was Mark and Arg on the horses or when they cracked up after Lauren's phone call.

Is it for real or is is scripted?
Surely there cant be so many fake people living in one place , can there?”

I love the way all of the conversations start off so awkwardly. Ten times better to watch than soaps.

Whilst I think Sam is pretty, Lauren wins this for me.

Lauren looks much better without make-up, she reminds me of Shannon Doherty in that photo.

Its an unfair comp with lauren's tattooed eyebrows. Eyebrows make a huge difference.

Lauren is looking so much hotter since she had her nose done.

I think a lot of them are lying about their ages. They all look much older than they claim to be - particularly Sam, Lauren G and Gemma.

I watched this for 5 mins today, and it felt like I lost half my brain cells in the process. Seriously, for the people who watch this and like it, I need to ask....why?

Why do you need to ask, do people go on every thread on here and ask the posters why they like the programme? If you don't like or 'get' it then fair enough. I think it's wonderful that we all have different tastes, I certainly don't think my tastes are better than anyone else's and why if I don't like a programme I tend not to go on the threads about it.

Perhaps the poster is trying to educate you about the pointlessness of the program.

Should every post in every thread be a 'I love this program'.

How boring would that be???

I'd suggest since some of it's real it's less pointless than a soap opera. I don't need 'educating' on what the poster thinks is pointless, I've no interest in anyone's views on what they think is pointless television, I'm interested in the Only Way is Essex and why I'm on this thread.
