She musthave seen the previous episode where he was eyeing up Nicola, and rolling his eyes at her, but those tears seemed very real.
Maria looked a right bitch, smirking at Gemma's discomfort. What is it with these girls who enjoy other's discomfort so much? Sam had the same smug grin on her face when Amy told them she went to see Lydia. They seem to revel in other people's pain. can't stand those types of girls.
Mark was totally out of order ordering Lauren to stay home, but more fool her if she did so. She didn't turn up til it was nightime, yet was phoned by her sister in broad dayllight. Considering how set up that pool party was for the camera angles ( Club Tropicana nod and Lauren walking out at the end), I think the whole pushing Mark into the pool was a set up and worked out beforehand.
Hated again, Carol's initial smirk when they started arguaing, especially considering she told Mark, that Lauren should have been there.
Kirk pinching his dad's Champagne was funny, and he and Lauren do seem very genuine. Also like the pairing of Nicola and Mick.
Lydia and Arg should break up for good, he needs to grow upa nd well done Amy for pulling him up about what he has said. I have a feeling that when the cast look back on this series they will be cringing for years to come.
Still feeling sorry for Joey over how little Sam seems to care for him. Don't these people realise how badly they are being treated and how insincere the feelings that are expresed for them are? I refuse to believe that Joey is smart enough to fake his feelings for Sam.
Very sad hearing that Chloe will be dumped from the next series, she was one of the stars of the current one. Lucy, I can understand them cutting as she isn't particularly central to anything.
Overall, I'm gutted this has ended, it's been hilarious, sad and infuriating (producers butt out, they are more than capable of making their own dramas without your interference thank you!!)”
1. Defenitley agree with you there. Gemma looked very upset and distraught and I also seem to think that the producers were making her think that Mick told them that he liked her, but it all got too much, and those tears definitely were real.
2.I must have glanced away from the TV at the Maria smirk, I didn't see it.
3. I actually disagree and feel that the push was real. I think that when her sister phoned her, it must have been around 5pm, and Lauren turned up at around 8pm, I reckon she was just waiting to go in later, probably already planned to push him in the pool (her idea, not the producers), so arriving when it was darker and less people were in the pool was more effective. Or she could have actually pushed him in the spur of the moment, she did seem pissed off when he was calling her names. I think the push was overdue. But I also think it was real.
4. It looked to me that Carol was shocked but was on Lauren's side, she looked disappointed in her son.
5. Agree that Lauren and Kirk are a genuine couple. Lauren is the furthest you can get from the stereotypical girls in the show.
6. It's getting too much, they should just break up completely. Good on Lyd for moving on with Rob.
7. Joey is too naive and dumb to act. He liked Sam, if someone went to him and clearly stated she was not interested, he still wouldn't get it. I mean Patio Heaters for her Mum? He is in LOVE!
8. I had no idea they were getting cut

I liked them both!!
I have loved this series. MUCH better than the first series,
