The towie photos on The Mail's website today in a yoga class are ridiculous. It's obviously been stuffed by the production crew with models in skimpy outfits. I've never seen women dressed like that in a yoga class!

The format of TOWIE and Made in Chelsea is called structured reality tv. They're basically UK versions of MTV's Jersey Shore and the like.

Basically the stories are true, but producers will put them in scenes, such as yesterday's yoga class with Mark which was so obviously faked with models taking the part of fellow participants and the singles night where Maria and Mick were paired together.

I have, in Essex! lol
I went to a yoga class, just once in Essex. I wore nothing like the girls in the show. The girls in the class were dressed like that, and fully made up. It was my first class, and the girls just were very posey. I never went back, just felt too embarrased. There was a man in the class as well, and all females. lol. He was right in front of me, and just put me off.
I laughed last night, as brought back the memories.

of course it's set up! They say that before every episode lol
