I agree with everything that Slanket says above. The good moments are the ones that seem genuine - like Gemma having a crush on Mick - but these are becoming much less frequent.

Only just got round to watching the Essexmas episode and ended up switching off half way through.
It was just terrible imo. It's not even so bad it's good anymore, just plain bad.

Just watching the Christmas episode. It's alright. I am started to feel irritated by 'Arg' as he has become very arrogant with his 'I'm now the King of Essex!' since Mark has left ... plus, I find him quite annoying in general. I wish he would be next to leave!

Amen to that. Rural Essex is truly gorgeous, particularly the North. Not the SAAAAF where these cretins live.

My friend lives in a village on the outskirts of Brentwood and the show drives her crazy.
These dumbass people are not representative of the majority living in the area at all and just appear to live in their own shallow, vacuous little bubble.
Most of them in the show are from Loughton/Buckhurst Hill/Chigwelln - more Greater London than Essex.
Since watching the Christmas special, I've now watched the whole of series 1 and parts of series 2 online, and I'm hooked !!
Having gone through a very, very tough break up (dumped twice by the same person)this year, I can absolutely sympathise and empathise with Lauren G, and how she was with Lucy (I'd have been the same I know!). Lydia is really sweet, why can't she and Arg just be a nice couple, they obviously love each other (not seen series 3 though!!). Sam Faiers 20 - do you think??! Joey Essex (really, is that his name?!) aww, pat on the head. That Kirk, ugh, he's awful, what on earth did Amy and Lauren P see in him (£?). But seriously love this show, which I avoided like the plague. Liked Mark a lot right up until the point of the pool party but that was a sh!tty way to treat Lauren, especially when his 2 exes were there. Roll on series 4!

But the cast is too big now so if they are axing I think the twins, billie and cara, peri, billie faiers and frankie Essex can go. Maybe Lauren Pope as well actually lol.

Tbh, they won't be missed. Harry was a great character but throughout the whole of series 3, he was meant to be one of the main characters and only got about 2mins airtime in each episode.

who originally posted it? Harry didn't want it getting out yet that he'd left but after Arg tweeted it, he had to confirm it I guess.
I don't think Mario and Lucy have left they were only on a photoshoot with the rest of the cast yesterday.
