Just about everything Joanna says makes good sense. Being surrounded by lightweights talking cliches means she has to be more forceful to get the usually valid points over.
Considering she did a good job PM'ing first task, came up with the only idea the professional design people didn't veto and didn't actually deck Laura, I think Sugar showing her a yellow card is idiotic. Unless it's code for calm down, I've noticed you're good, learn to work with others better and you're in the final. Ok interviews at least.
Joanna is a far calmer version of Jadine I think. She has a game plan too.

No, but they have twice made the final. He was close to sick of Saira Khan and Claire Young at one point. Debra last year near made the final. And so far Joanna has talked more sense that any of those and been no where near winding people up either.

Calmer and a lot more sensible. I still can't get over Jadine in that coffee task where she insisted that the boys use the Eclipse logo on each coffee. Fair enough if they were going for repeat business, but not on a one-day task.

I totally agree, she has common sense and that " agressive persona " she is been given is completely off the rack.
I was reeling with impotence when LS got bought into that agressive thing, maybe he doesnt want her after all??
Who knows... but that manipulation view of the public towards her, was really a no-brainer !!!

The Badger, Claire Young, Katie, Debrabarr and Zoe from the JA have all been labelled aggressive as well. Joanna just happens to be this season's aggressive woman so far. Colour seems incidental.
