I'm not keen on her, especially after what I read about her on wikipedia but at least she's piped down in the last 2 weeks.

Oh, here we go: every year you get one what?

This. Every year on the BB and Apprentice forums, the black female contestants are targeted with strawman 'arguments'. Tedious, predictable and unoriginal - give it a rest.
I am entitled to my opinion, as are we all, in our fair democracy. I was actually defending her. The OP seems to be keen on criticising every breath she takes (which he is perfectly entitled to do), even though the PM last night (Jamie?) said "she was a pleasure to work with". I have not heard that on The Apprentice in a while........a long while.

Joanna all the way. Yay!

She was thoroughly obnoxious on the 'make-up-some-stupid-product' challenge but she took the criticism and has improved her social skills thereafter.

Fair play to her for that.

I agree. I think that she can be a difficult character, but unlike Melissa she's better at listening and learning from her mistakes. Whether it'll be enough to help her win is a different question - but otherwise, I think she's competent enough.

Joanna is a far calmer version of Jadine I think. She has a game plan too.
Aw, Jadine! I liked her! And IIRC, she got a "with regret" firing, so I think AS liked her too. I think her still fragile mental health was the issue.

I wasn't referring to you, I was referring to the OP...which is clear if you re-read my post.

You're right, everyone's entitled to his/her opinion on here...unless they're just trolling and I very much suspect the OP may be doing just that.

Jadine got the nicest firing of anyone who has ever been fired on the apprentice so far

My view of Jadine was probably typical of a lot of people who watched her. At the start, I found her extremely annoying, nitpicking and overly agressive, and wanted her out. But as time went by, she did quiet down, and she also won twice as PM, so I thought she must have been doing something right.

By the time of her firing, and after you saw that emotional moment of homesickness, That was when she earned my respect, because you realised that she did care about her daughter and was only the way she was earlier because she was desperate to win and get the job. But she did learn something.

I finally decided I really liked her when she came back for the final, particulary that nice moment when she gave Simon a little pep talk. That was sweet. I don't really think Jadine is remembered in the apprentice hall of fame as well as she should be.

Same with Joanna - I found her annoying in the second episode, but unlike Melissa and Paloma she did take a lesson from it and seems to have calmed down since. And she's certainly been the better of the PMs so far, particulary in the first task. My estimation of her has gradually gone up, I think I'll end up really liking her by the end.

She is argumentative but can buckle down to a task when she's settled. She's not really a leader. She's better in a support role.

Jadine is one of my all time favourite apprentice candidates but then i do love Series 3 anyway! and i agree the pep talk she gave Simon was lovely.

Joanna is stupid and inept and attempts to hide these huge flaws by being aggressive, she can't create a fully functional sentence, let alone a task strategy.

Erm, hasn't she won once as PM - which is more than some others have done? And wasn't she one of the first to put her hand up for PM? Your comments are totally unqualified.

I wouldn't employ her if she was the last person in the world - far too loud and not at all articulate - would not work well in a team. She is quiet when it suits her, and in my view she is not totally sincere.

Joanna is basically this year´s Debra Barr (someone with a loud mouth, who will win over some people at the end).

Just like Liz is the human version of the robot from last year and Stella will have the weepy story like Kristina for the interviews round (this time, with gangsters!).

I think that the above mentioned ladies will make the interview round and that Stella will make the final (alongside one of the boys).

Raising one's hand in the air doesn't signify any skill in any thing and she won the first task despite being awful, just as Melissa's team won when she was PM in spite of her.
