I agree It livined up the show alright....but it was a tad to far for me, and if I had just switched on I would have swore I'd turned on one of those X rated adult channel's.

The most enjoyable part was Flavia and Vincent dancing briefly. They should have dumped the ribbons and just danced. Although I did appreciate Artem's arms on show, thanks Flav

Absolutely stunning dance! It's so refreshing to see choreography out of the norm...and this was...a LOT! Best showdance I've seen on strictly, just the right mix of dancing and 'show'. Flavia's choreography is so incredible and original. I can see how it could be a marmite dance, but I think from those that didn't like it, must at least commend Flav trying to liven up the results show

Again, absolutely loved it!! I'll be watching that repeatedly

I've seen it now, I don't really think it was as raunchy as some people are making out. It was very much a showdance and I liked the bits with dancing, throws and lifts, but no didn't like Flavia being dragged on the floor by the boys.

Flavia is a brilliant dancer but I didn't like her routine tonight. It was self indulgent. A show case for Flavia which looked awful. The concept was interesting, the execution total pants. Does this mean that whoever choregraphs a pro routine will be the centre of attention and to hell with everyone else? Pro routines are normally more team orientated. Sorry Flavia, you missed the mark for me tonight.

Its not necessarily the case that she was asked to choreograph a routine and she made the decision it'd be just her out of the pro girls though. I got the impression the BBC asked her and the boys to do one for Children in Need. I'm a bit confused why it was shown tonight when it was intended for Children In Need.

I was there on Friday night when it was recorded for CiN and we were told then that they all had a hand in the choreography although Flavia did most of it. I loved it - seeing it close up was fantastic and the body suit didn't look anything like as see-through as it appeared on tv tonight. They did the routine about 12 times on Friday - 7 rehearsals before they let us in the studio and then they did it 5 times again for all the different cameras. They must have been completely knackered by the end which was after 10pm.

Talking of fuddy duddies- yup- Len didnt like it!
Bods... Im with you, I liked it...
but do admit that the costume was a bit and
I was a tad staggered at the Strictly come bondage theme...

Thats interesting FT. I thought the camera work for it looked a bit shoddy tonight, not that that's a surprise.

I didn't pay much attention but thought it was more Flavia trying to escape from a nuthouse than bondage.

I really didn't like the dance and felt uncomfortable watching it! Even the outfit Flavia was wearing was pretty awful!
The effect was rather "yuck" for lack of a better descriptive word.

As a dance I just loved the whole thing and at first I didn't get why it was called Tango Unleashed, as I struggled to spot the Tango bit. Then I thought it must be that Flavia was the Tango and she was being 'unleashed' from doing the dance we've come to expect from her. Anyone get what I mean?

I can see how it might be a shocker to some people, but I think that even if it is 'shocking', it doesn't mean that it's bad. It is innovative and taking strictly into new areas and shaking it up a bit. I personally am glad that we aren't just seeing another same old quickstep or waltz etc etc, it's refreshing to see something so new to the show, and Flavia always does such complex and stunning choreography. I am so happy that she and the guys came up with this dance Some viewers may just be in a rut of watching the same old performances and need to open up to the more modern dances and choreography. We don't all want to end up like Len now do we

Just watched it now and thought it was inspired.

Very original.

Off to watch it again.

Oh and a bit of trivia, Louisa & Vincent danced a Tango to 'Sweet Dreams' Series 4

One of my favourite dances ever The lovely orange dress and the cool 'dip down' bits in the routine (am reknowned for my meticulous use of dance terminology )

No surprise to anyone that I love Vincent and I love Flavia - but, sadly, not loving Tango Unleashed As for being a 'Len-esque' fuddy-duddy, as well as loving classic ballroom and latin dance, I also adore contemporary dance in all its forms - but not in the form I saw tonight (tho' interesting to hear from FT that it was spectacular 'live' )
