Anyone else see the performance she just gave, ****in awful. I can't believe what I just saw, there wasn't a single note in tune from start to finish, it was embarrasing, and she had a wierd look on her face all the way through like she was on crack or something lol. How the hell can they give her a standing ovation after that, its the worst live performance I have ever seen and the production around her was also pretty rubbish.

She didn't even do any dancing and the song was absolutely crap, why the hell would anyone want to download that??? The X Factor is a joke these days, all the contestants are garbage apart from one or two yet the judges sit there and say how amazing they are when they know that the opposite is true. Unfortunately there are people at home who are really thick and know nothing about good music so they take there opinions as fact and ring in to vote and waste there money.

I hate the X Factor so much now, everything about it is just awful, especially the phoney arguments between the judges that are really predictable. Music has really gone down the drain if this is the best Britain has to offer.

If only the powers that be had thought to include a forum dedicated to the X-Factor and nothing else.

Well, that is the demographic they have always aimed at.

If you are reffering to the way Diana flicks her voice, that is her trademark style. It is not going out of tune, it's just the 'hiccupy' way she sings and is known for.

I thought she was brilliant. At least she sings live, writes her own music and plays instruments. She brings something different to the table and I happen to like it.

Pretty average, nothing special. Nice rip off of a classic Chili Peppers song.

Come on now, be kind, she deserves a number one hit and all that extra money from album sales. This way after the Chili Peppers have done suing her arse she might just have enough money left for a Happy Meal.

Really, there are rip offs and shameless rip offs, but that took plagerism to a whole new scary level.

The best bit about it all is how on the Xtra Factor, she was boasting about how she writes all her own material, lol

I thought she was awful, couldn't make out a word and she looked awkward.

I am somewhere in the middle on her.

I wasnt keen when she was on two years ago, but she has done well for herself and clearly she knows her audience unlike Joe.

There is a big difference between what the market is and what people vote to win and this is something that will never be fixed,

Were we watching the same girl, she was absolutely awesome I thought, very unique and modern sounding, I was very impressed with her, she has come on so far. wow, I was shocked when I saw this thread, i think she totally showed the other contestants how to actually be the best. I can't get the song out of my head now though, arghh

I agree with a lot of that, a lot of people keep voting for ballad belters to win this show, then dont seem to realise there is no demand for that sort of thing commercially.

I don't think the words "on X Factor" are necessary in the topic title tbh.

I tuned in just as Katy Perry was doing her bit and not recognizing her, thought to myself; oh dear, she's not very good - they not put her through, surely. Then the penny dropped.

I actually thought she was tuneful, just couldn't understand a word she was singing and as a result, really disliked the performance. Tried too hard.
