Am I the only person who couldn't hear a word he was singing last night?

It seems that he has a very soft voice, and the band just totally overwhelmed him.

This is not meant to be a dig at him, just an honest question.

no I found it hard to hear too .But spent much of his song comparing him to Cheryl Coles "Fight for this Love " .

He waasn't singing live though, surely ? He was supposed to be launching the single on Strictly because of his difficult dance routine.... though it looked to me as though his backing dancers did all of the work, and if he was miming....

He was definately singing live in the verses but in the chorus where he did all the dancey stuff I think he was miming then.

Wouldn't have expected a big vocal from him anyway, but I admit I spent more time watching the steps than listening to the words

not just me then. Couldn't understand a word of it. Plus, I think he takes himself too seriously.

Definitely miming - there was one part where he stopped moving his mouth but his voice carried on! I have no feelings about PA one way or other, but thought the only good thing about his song was the dance troupe he had with him!!

glad I wasn't the only one who thought that! He was miming in parts. But have to say it was not as bad as I thought. Though Peter Andre on SCD is weird! Can't imagine him on xfactor let alone SCD!

I think he is a poppet and did very well last night.
