She's not even Deborah though. Everyone ignores the fact that Joanna was the one that was getting ignored and shouted down in the first place. It's no wonder she felt she had to shout louder to be heard in that chaos. When she was PM she was fairly calm (even with Melissa to an extent) and not 'agressive' at all.
I like her; one of my favourites at the moment. I thought she was pretty submissive in the second episode. When her ideas were dismissed out of hand, the edit mostly shows her sitting quietly and just taking it. She does stand up to it one time, but she was entirely right to do so.
Many others are worse. Paloma tramples over everyone.
I think she is smart enough to know she made an impression, she will stay quieter for a couple of weeks and then look for an opportunity to shine... if she suceeds she will make the final, if it goes wrong, he'll fire her.
