Hi guys

Turned on the telly this morning to BBC1 Ch101 and after 3-4 seconds this message popped up and won`t go away.
Piccy on Photobucket.

It only does it on Ch 101. I can go to all the other regional BBC1 stations without trouble.

I pressed the green button (don`t ask me why) and the following message came up.

Like I say it only occurs on Ch101. Any ideas?
Haven`t done a factory reset as yet just wondered if anyone had seen it before.

Thanks Beberex.

I would guess that it relates to IPlayer functionality - I would try a power cycle to see if that cures it.

This has been happening to the regions in turn as the red button functionality is restored after the transponder shuffle that took place over night.

My total guess was that my torrents were choking the bandwidth and it couldnt find the iplayer server.

It happens only on boot up and the red button access is ok after a few seconds.

Thanks for your replies.
I guessed it might be something to do with the red button. Cheers GC. Still couldn`t get rid of it so ended up doing a factory reset which cleared it.
Is this something that can reoccur then?

As other posters have mentioned this issue does reoccur from time to time but normaly the prompt is cleared after just a single press of the yellow button. The issue today where the prompt kept reappearing was due to the red button being reinstated after the transponder shuffle. So all being well we won't be suffering the repeated prompts in future. I suspect that when you did your factory reset, it happened to coincide with your region being fixed at the BBCs end.

Got that message for the first time tonight.

BBC4 is telling me 'The channel is scrambled or currently not available'.

My parents have just called me and said they've seen the same message on BBC1 West. They said looking through the regions they said some are showing as scrambled and some aren't.

Very strange!
