Saw these last night - really lovely photos. And the ones in which they're mucking about a bit had me laughing! It's so strange to remember that Mario and Corin nominated each other in the first few weeks of BB - obviously it was just because they hadn't spent enough time together at that point, but it shows how close people can become once they do. I loved watching them together in the house, and I love seeing it continue outside of the house too.

Those pics of Mario and Corin are lovely and I'm so glad they became firm friends after the 1st week or so of not really being friends. I wonder what exactly was the turning point which made them realise that they actually got on well together?

I suppose when friends start getting evicted it makes you start chatting to and getting to know other hms more and your initial impressions of them then change.

I guess both had being big BB fans in common as well lol.

Right, apologies for not being around sooner. Well, I was around, I'll admit I have been faffing about on the main forum for a few days. Ooh it's a bit challenging down there sometimes I can tell you. But as a BB fan I do enjoy a chat about it, so I'm gamely persevering through the fan squalls.

It'd good news about the Southend Christmas Lights. Many congratulations to Mario. How fabulous to be asked- I wonder how that came about?? I wonder if he'll do a magic trick as well as his speech?

To those of you who are taking a trip to see him, I hope you have a great time, and take lots of photos. If anyone ever plans a trip in the Smoke (London) then give me a nudge 'cos I would love to see you and put faces to the the moleys I know and love.

Lastly, it occurred to me that some of you may have got the wrong impression about what I was trying to say and been offended by a couple of my posts further back in thread. Without dragging it all up I will just say this;

This place has been a pleasure to visit and be part of, and all of you in various ways have contributed to that. As such I would never do or say anything detrimental about any of you. To try and explain a bit further: I think, for me personally , that the little molehole was sort of victim of it's own success. I loved it so much that now things have slowed down, I miss the old days. I was being a bit of a saddo and getting all maudlin as me Nan used to say. That's all it is and was. Honestly. But as I read in a Dr who Fanfic only the other day, "Ninety-nine per cent (give or take) of all things in the universe are inclined toward entropy. Things unravel. Stars burn out, species go extinct, rock erodes, rivers meander".
Basically, things change. Like in life, you've got to keep on moving on. Still, I do hope that you'll accept my apology.

Last night he said he was eating some rice crispy treats which made me laugh because so was I from a box of them I bought from Sainbury's lol. We have the same taste in treats

Aww, no need to feel you offended anyone. I think we all find change hard to deal with at times and as a long-time user of these forums I understood where you were coming from. I guess we all have to move with the times but as good as twitter is for example, it can be frustrating too, especially when your tweets fall off the page in seconds and never even get seen lol
