What's baby hair? Great to see him back though! Can't wait to see what the Tango King () can do with Michelle, and I think he's right it will suit her better than rumba. Although Brendan did put one or two strange moves in his choreo, especially for her!

Bit strange how they glossed over his bereavement though.

She certainly does seem to be under Ian's spell already.

Loved the hair but not sure if it's sunkissed or too much bleach. He looked great anyway and it's so good to see him back where he belongs.

I didn't get that impression at all. She gets on very well with Brendan and his wife. However, they are both really nice guys and I am happy for Ian that he has a chance to be in the show for a while. It shouldn't turn into a competiton between the two of them for their fans. Ian wouldn't want it.

Yes I thought Michelle really loved Ian - he's a lot softer and kinder than Brendan and he always gets the best from his ladies - and really makes great friends with them after the show.

I'm thrilled Ian is back in the frame. Both Brendan and Ian are good people, but I would suggest Ian is kinder. Come to think of it pro. dance with Natalie this weekend one word wicked!

So does Brendan - he and Anton took Michelle out the day before his father died, she also gets on really well with Zoe. Both Jo Wood and Lisa Snowdon were invited to his wedding, especially Jo has become a very good friend.

As I said before, it really shouldn't turn into a competition of who is nicer, who is a better teacher. Ian is a lovely guy, but so is Brendan - they are good friends.
I got the impression today that Michelle wanted to say that she really enjoyed Brendan's teaching. So you can interprete her silence either way.

I've missed Ian - his excitement when Michelle said he was stricter than Brendan was adorable.

Delighted to see Ian back where he belongs. If Ian can't coach a good performance out of Michelle, no one can.

Don't know how he got the title tango king when only two of his partners performed the Tango, Denise and Zoe .

I wasn't trying to start competition between fans (I like both Brendan and Ian), that was just the impression I got when Michelle was answering Claudia's question.

I'd have him share the title with Vincent.

I loved his Tango with Zoe.

Yes, indeed. But Vincent is the Argentine Tango King, leaving Ian undisputed Ballroom Tango King. Okay? Actually, I have no idea how he's earned that title, but don't care - just delighted to see Ian back where he belongs, although of course I'm sorry about the circumstances that put him there.

His tango with Zoe is one of my all-time favourite Strictly dances.

Could it have come from the man himself I wonder? I mean last year he was the Samba king! It's probably that the dance with Zoe has just become one of THE iconic dances of SCD. Agree about the circumstances though. Still thinking very much of Brendan.

I saw it the other way round, that she was reluctant to praise Brendan in front of Ian. I suppose only Michelle knows what she really thinks, although I personally doubt if she comparing them in terms of personality or teaching at all, or even thinking about who she prefers. She is probably happy to be able to continue and learn another dance in spite of Brendan having to leave the show for this week at least. And Ian is a lovely guy
