Very uninspiring task

Didn't enjoy tonight's epsiode, and that was mainly down to the task.

we've had the 'decide what product to buy, make it, sell it' type task too often already...the sausage task was pretty similar just 2 weeks ago for example.

I also felt the concept of having the contestants make the products themselves was fundamentally flawed. Even if they had a great project manager, who had a really organised and dedicated team...they still woulden't have produced 1,000's of bakery items with no experience and little training.

we then had them wandering about markets in London selling on the street for the hundredth time:yawn:

come on Apprentice, you can be more inventive than this!

I agree. It does seem as though there has been a lot of Apprentice candidates running around the streets of London with a basket full of produce over the last two series.

You know they are always going to reduce their prices at the end and beg shops to buy the last stock in bulk at the eleventh hour. The format is getting a little tired.

I am sure there are other business tests they can be put to. It is early on in the series though so we'll see. I am sure the tasks will become more creative as the series continues.

Same task maybe, but still some priceless moments - Melissa's brain-freeze and Shibby throwing a strop.

Last night's differed from the sausage task in that they had to negotiate deals with the hotels and cafes.
I thought that actually they should have left it there and not had the selling to the public element at all.
The produce could also have been judged on quality too as well as how much was sold.
