I pay £37.50 a month for unlimited texts, 75 minutes and god knows what mb Internet. I'm certain other networks would laugh at the pathetic content I get for 37.50.

Surely you could have got a better deal then that! Do you text an awful lot and never call?

I'm on O2's top of the range ultra competitive iPhone 30 tariff.

The 7.50 is an unlimited text bolt on I applied two years ago and they can't take off without me threatening to leave.

Without that I'd get an amazing 120 texts!!!

Stunning value O2.

If that was 2 years ago can't you move to Sim Only or if you are still in contract can't you move to a different plan?

Soundburst seems confused. Why indeed are you not on a SIM contract ? Maybe worried you will lose your O2 MMS ?

I had a 3G on an 18 month contract. . .I upgraded to a 3GS contract on another 18 months.

You should be able to get much more than that from O2 for £30 a month.

O2 are the only network offering unlimited text on a 18 month i phone plan for £30. Sounds like a good deal to me.

I send 3000 texts a month as I like to text. It's by direct debit so I don't really pay attention anyway. Still my friends are on 3 and always have full 3G signal whereas I'm paying more for awful service that includes everything in the contract gradually being cancelled or phased out month by month.

Which of things that O2 has "removed" from your contract can you get on 3 (on an equivalent - i.e. £30 tariff)?

You have decided to stay on a bad value tariff, and you are complaining about the value of it. (All of O2's current tariffs include unlimited SMS.) And you are complaining about things being removed from your tariff when they are not! Bizarre.
