Been getting 08000285085 calling when Googled it comes up as BT Its rung 3 times today but stops after 4 or 5 rings so never speak to anyone .

I'm thinking its to do with an unpaid bill which I only found out about today . Earlier this year they told me I would not be getting any more paper bills after receiving dozens of emails asking me to change to paperless billing BT kindly decided for me .

In July they emailed me to say the new bill was ready as they have been doing for about 4 years.

When I got the Electric bill a few days ago I expect to get a phone bill around the same time so checked the email and have had nothing from them since July so thought the bill was not ready yet .

How are you expected to pay on time with no paper bill or email .

Hi Norbert5,

It might be a fault with the MyBT account, if your last bill was in July you should've received one by now (unless it's due next week sometime) as bills are either issued quarterly or monthly.

If this isn't sorted drop me an email with a link to your thread and your BT account details to btcare@bt.com and I'll look into it got you.

Thanks,

Stephanie

Thanks for the reply I changed the email address yesterday to something more reliable in case it was a tiscali mail fault as there's some work ongoing to change the tiscali pages over to talk talk .

I got an email from bt.com team to confirm the email change so the tiscali inbox seems to be working.
