technika dvd

hi guys ive just brought a technika dvd from tesco.
its a dvr 100.
is there any codes to make it region free

I have just got the Technika DVD1031 from Tesco and the hack that seems to work with this as well as some other Technika machines is.
Turn on DVD and TV
Open tray on DVD
Type 9736 on DVD remote
Region 2 appears.
type 0 from DVD remote and wait until this disappears.
