I think its better to let AS choose from the entire losing team which one(s) should get fired rather than narrowing it down to just 3 of them.
Too often, the PM brings in the people who turned on them, or was the last one to turn on them and that person may not deserve to be bought back, or the PM chooses whoever is the easiest target, easiest to pick off who doesn't deserve to go.
On the other hand, sometimes the other 2 join forces to turn on the PM who doesn't deserve to go and AS does decide to fire the PM because of that, so they should change it that their isn't a final 3.

They spend loads of time in the boardroom anyway, much more than what we see, so surely they should change and should have done ages ago?
