I want to buy my daughter a new mobile for xmas on pay as you go. I have found the phone she wants online and will need to purchase a top up on the Dolphin tariff.

I was concerned that if I buy the phone now that her extra free texts and internet that come with dolphin will expire by christmas. I rang orange and the women said, by it register it now and wrap it up. I said wouldn't the texts ect be expired by then and she said "oh yeh, well register it a few days before xmas then" I was not 100% confident in her advice and wanted to double check. I could re ring the help line, but knowing my luck will get the same operator and feel stupid for ringing up and asking the same question again!!

Anyone able to clarify whether it is ok to purchase in advance? Thanks

if it expires baby u just buy an extra top up and give it her and just explain the other ran out?
