blackberry 9800 virtual keyboard question mark

can anyone tell me how to make my question mark symbol appear the right way up? for some reason its upside down i have checked the input lang to english uk,its ok on the proper keyboard just the virtual one

hi there

click on the "123" key on the virtual keyboard which brings up the virtual numeric keypad and the right side up question mark is there
