If she escapes I rekcon it will be down to Ian Waite fans voting to keep him in!

As a Patsy and Robin fan I'm quite worried that she's hardly been mentioned on this thread. This indicates to me that people think she will be ok-ish for this week and even if they like her might not vote. So if she is middle to low table (as before) she could drop right down...

Pamela, Matt, Scott, Kara and Ann will be safe.

Tina will be so cute in the charleston and have a sympathy vote anyway.

Gavin and Michelle will most likely be safe as they are both looking much better in the ballroom and may well get their highest scores yet.

I just can't see Jimmi or Felicity in the bottom two. Jimmi is so likeable and there is enough nostalgic support for Felicity to keep her going for a few more weeks.

I am hoping that all those men with teenage crushes on Patsy will crawl out of the woodwork and vote.

I agree that Peter is most likely to go tonight. Unless Erin has given him a barnstorming routine and he is able to carry it off.....

I just don't want Patsy to be in the bottom two as it would destroy her confidence.

Ah well... Really looking forward to tonight though!

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the bottom two were Peter and Patsy. They seem to be the forgotten contestants who are just making up the numbers. Which is a shame because I'd much prefer Ann or Michelle to go. For 1) being crap and 2) getting on my tits.

Peter, Michelle and Patsy I think

Bottom two. Just thinking. Ann and Peter. Peter to leave. Don't care much for Jimmi either.

Pleeeeeese Ann, Peter or Gavin this week! Nothing particularly against them as people, but they can't dance!

Failing them, I think the ones in the middle of the pack might be in danger - Felicity, Jimi and/or Patsy.

Don't think Michelle will be in danger - not if the VT of her tango with Ian is anything to go by, but if she does well, she might hope Brendan stays in NZ a bit longer!

I can understand it becoming an issue when people genuinely disagree about who the best dancer is (because it really is totally subjective) because at least then it's still judging it on the dance at the end of the day. What I will never understand is people who watch this show and don't even pretend to base their decision on the dancing. I'm not trying to tell you who to vote for, how can I? I'm not the boss but guess what, neither are you and while I can't control people wanting to turn this into a popularity contest, you in turn can't stop me from wanting the best dancer to win. Because as far as I know, this show isn't called Strictly Come Have A Laugh And Vote For Me If You Think I'm Cool.”

Totally agree, fed up of being criticised for thinking dancing is an important part of the show.

I am not getting at anyone specifically - it is the constant whinging about the dancing ability that annoys me - I like a bit of light entertainment myself and the years they have had a majority of celebrities who could dance really well it has been far too competative to enjoy. It is always like this people moan constantly about the lack of ability by certain celebs but the dancing always wins in the end - I guess though this will never please some people who expect serious dancing from the off - and yes the actual dancers must appreciate getting partnered with a celeb with ability - but regardless they are getting noticed when without the show they wouldn't. I never said I didn't appreciate the dancing I do and have done from day one with Natasha and Brendan - but the comedic element is also necessary to the programme as a whole. I am not telling anyone how to vote or not as the case maybe nor would I listen to anyone telling me who to vote for - and pardon me for repeating myself my comments were borne out of frustration at reading the same old same old year in and year out about that years lesser abled celeb. Having posted on here for a good few years you read the same things each year - thats what I was trying to get across the fact we have the same comments year on year - personally I say bravo to anyone having a go at the dancing be it good or bad as I reckon it must be damned hard work

Well I actually agree that at the start of the competition, dancing ability isn't foremost in my mind. It usually kicks in about a third of the way through and then I think it should be the most important factor. That is, unless an actually talented dancer is sacrificed for a really bad one. So far that hasn't happened this year, it's just that the bad dancers are going in the wrong order. But I can live with the entertainment taking centre stage for the first wee while, hence why I'm not annoyed at Ann Widdecombe still being in at this stage. But I do disagree that the dancing always wins out - Darren Gough and Chris Hollins won this competition and they were both not the best, not even the second best, not even in the top 3 dancers in their respective years.

Reckon the bottom two may be Peter and Patsy with Peter leaving.

In your opinion maybe not, but obviously enough people thought so to 'phone up and give them first place in their respective years

Roll on results "panda cam" here we come

Yeah, they won it but no-one really thought they were the best. I was here last year, I remember a lot of the Cola fans admitting as much.

A little exaggerated that comment really - as if NO-ONE thought they were the best then surely they wouldn't have won - personally I was just glad Natalie and Ricky didn't win as I believe Brian and Ali were superior to them

Well having seen the performances I think Peter will be in the bottom two and probably gone.......now who will be with him will be tricky.....could be anyone of Gavin Patsy Jimi and Tina I think Ian fans will swell Michelles vote sufficiently.

I don't think it is. I didn't see anyone last year claiming that Cola were the best dancers. I saw a lot of people saying they loved them most and wanted them to win because they were cute and entertaining.

TBH the people that post on here are only a small percentage of the viewing public and as no-one has ever conducted a poll of people watching as to who is the best "dancer" assumptions are therefore being made on the basis of posters opinions on here

This is getting a bit out of hand now - from a post saying that I was p***** off that people expected it to be a full on "Dance" competition and the same old complaint came up year on year on here

I'm not trying to be "full on". I apologise if it comes off that way. I was merely responding to you when I disagreed. If you don't like discussing it, this will be my last response

I have no problem with you discussing it on here what so ever - I was just responding to your claim that the winners last year were definitely NOT the best dancers. My original post was trying to point out we have the same old argument year on year about whether it is dance or entertainment - (I actually think it is both) and it is getting like a broken record

I have been fortunate enough to have been in the audience for the live show (when Mark Ramprakash was in it) and people really do enjoy the entertainment side of it

Peter must leave this week (oh no - poor Erin, I love her). He was so bad I felt so sorry for him. Also in the bottom two with him - Gavin maybe or Patsy. I think Michelle must be safe this week.

Peter's probably out, which is unfortunate as I love Erin. Gavin might be in the bottom 2 with him; he REALLY needs to pull his socks up and show emotion now - I understand he finds it hard but he just needs to do it.
