the original spoiler thread is a waste of time - it should be started by the person posting the spoiler instead you have to trawl through zillions of posts until you find who's gone.

Half the fun of the spoiler thread is the comments that appear before and after the result becomes available.... including possible panda cams and pub cams.

I think some people have quite rightly pointed out that wading through all that can be a bit trying... for example if you're checking the result on a rubbish mobile and have to wait ten minutes for each page to load! Apparently though it would completely ruin the fun to have a 'waiting for the spoiler' thread and then a separate spoiler thread with the spoiler right at the start.
