Sorry if this is old ground but I have looked without success.

I can't seem to find any details about a 2011 tour. The tickets normally go on sale around now but I can't find any details. Is it me ???????

If you went to this year's tour then you will probably get an e-mail/text shortly before they go on sale, that's what has happened in previous years.

If not try registering with Ticketmaster and/or venue(s) you are thinking of going to or on here http://www.dancingonicetour.co.uk/home/

Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning

As far as I'm aware, the tickets go on PRE-sale tomorrow morning - I think that is only for people who have bought from the relevant ticket vendors before. I believe the tickets actually go on sale some time next week.

You're right, it's a pre-sale.

What a bag of SH**E!!! ticketzone should be sacked as the preferred ticket seller.

It has taken 45 minute just to book two tickets this morning, its dancing on ice hardly Take That. How on earth can they be allowed to offer such a sub standard service. The website crashed twice and just froze for most of the time. Phones were also permanantly engaged.

Ticketzone had made a mistake last night and a link was available for people to book tickets for next years shows. I did and the booking was accepted, I even got a confirmation email, luckily I rang to ask if they were booked. After first being fobbed off by a poor customer service assistant saying she was unable to check I spoke to a manager. The manager told me the link was a mistake and all booked tickets would be cancelled if done before 9am today. The email confirming the cancellation was finally sent at 8.50am this morning 15 HOURS LATER!!I think the whole thing has been handled terribly I wonder how many people have gone to work this morning thinking last nights tickets were actually booked only to be disappointed when they get home tonight.

All the presale links I had were useless, coudlnt get through on any of them, kept getting told high demand and such like, and when you did get something to work there were no rinkside row A anyway!
Ticketzone finally worked about 10 mins ago but by then most of good seats had gone, giving up now as cant be bothered any more.

I'm very worried, I got tickets for Monday 2nd may 19.30, front row from Ticketzone, but now that date has completely vanished from the website? Wondering if they have screwed up and I have tickets for a non existent event??

Yep, the fiasco continues, I just spoke to Ticketzone, they did screw up and listed a date that was wrong, so I have tickets for an event that isn't happening The manager is supposed to be calling me back. This is really sloppy service

I thought Row A tickets were held back for skaters friends/family then if unused they go on sale later on.

We got Rinkside Row B for 16th April

Nope have always managed to book some rinside row A on presale.

They keep back one block for production then if they dont get used they release them for sale.

Ticketzone have been back on the phone to me and have sorted me front row for the Sunday afternoon show at Manchester! Mind you, they haven't taken payment yet, and I haven't had the confirmation email either, so until I get those happen, I'm still not counting my chickens!!

Managed to get row A rinkside at Newcastle for Tuesday 12th through Ticketzone after a bit of a palava; which was my fault not theirs. Phones were madly busy - got through on the 109th attempt!!

Ticketzone are sh*te, I had the same problem last year. It let me book front row rink side, I got a confirmation email and then another to say there had been a mistake and took them off me. Shambles to say the last!
