What a bag of SH**E!!! ticketzone should be sacked as the preferred ticket seller.
It has taken 45 minute just to book two tickets this morning, its dancing on ice hardly Take That. How on earth can they be allowed to offer such a sub standard service. The website crashed twice and just froze for most of the time. Phones were also permanantly engaged.
Ticketzone had made a mistake last night and a link was available for people to book tickets for next years shows. I did and the booking was accepted, I even got a confirmation email, luckily I rang to ask if they were booked. After first being fobbed off by a poor customer service assistant saying she was unable to check I spoke to a manager. The manager told me the link was a mistake and all booked tickets would be cancelled if done before 9am today. The email confirming the cancellation was finally sent at 8.50am this morning
15 HOURS LATER!!I think the whole thing has been handled terribly I wonder how many people have gone to work this morning thinking last nights tickets were actually booked only to be disappointed when they get home tonight.
