In between correcting Aleshas grammar and bewailing the fact that she really adds limited value- I finally noticed someone was missing. Now whatever happened to that nice Darcey Bussell? I am sure this will have been covered but did a search and didnt spot anything- so apologies!!!
Just spotted something Missing in this years SCD?
To me she was a bit disappointing. She added little to the show. Perhaps the producers thought likewise.
Tend to agree- and the fact she joined last series so late ...didnt help.I just thought it might have been commented upon....

last week i noticed that were no longer see the couple behind the curtains as they are being anounced, then walk on together before dancing

SHe was only bought in temporarily when Alesha couldnt do a couple...
she was utterly dull anyway.
I hope Alesha is retired out along with Brucie this year...

Didn't Darcey only judge once? I know there was talk of her joining the judges again later in this series, but I do soooooooooooo hope she doesn't.
I adored her as a ballerina, her dancing sent me to a different planet! But I really didn't like her at all as a judge on scd. She was far too twee and "proper", and quite honestly hadn't a clue what she was talking about. There is very little that ballet and ballroom has in common.

Darcy was pretty limited in her comments and I bet if Alesha used the same words that Darcy did or any of the other judges, you'd stillbe knocking her!

I loved her balletic jive with Ian last year. I am a Darcey fan so would love to see her perform again. Still she lives in Australia now so it's a long way to come unless she has other things to do here.

Haven't all those things been said about Alesha too?
If Alesha can be a judge, why not Darcey?
It's not clear Craig or Bruno know what they're talking about any more than Darcy does; and Len's comments and marking are often questionable even if he does know ballroom and latin.
