and then she will pull out of the competition.

I don't think she'll pull out. & I reckon she'll have another 2; as in safe next week, and out the week after.

Well thanks to craig's comments (albeit well intended), she's guaranteed to get through next week. The 'GBP' hate being told they're not voting correctly

She won't pull out, therefore I fear she will make it to the final.

Maybe she will knuckle down and master the dance ??

My biggest fear... if that happens one of the "big 4" will go whilst she stays...

I suspect the public support for her is massive...

I predict she will be in the bottom 2 in two weeks

Yes, but if that happens will there be a massive public "bounce" in her favour providing she survives a dance off...

The crappy dancers that are on a par with her have now gone... only people better than her will now leave...

ultimately this is a dancing show..... and the GBP will eventually vote for the best dancers.

John Sargeant should not have quit, he'd have been voted out in a week or two.

Will be interesting to see who is in the bottom 2 next week. It seems likely to be Michelle. I'd put my money on Tina and Jared she's under my radar.

Until the places are evenly spread with judges last = 1, Ann will stay in.

Ann did say before the series began that she wouldn't do a John Sargeant and quit.

As said on another thread, I don't mind her staying in while other weak dancers (though better than her) are eliminated, but it puts the mockers on the show as a whole if we start losing the best dancers in her favour.

This is my feeling too. The people who watch and love strictly want to see the best dancers go on to the end. Whilst I really enjoy Anne's spot on the show, I don't think she will progress any further than the next couple of weeks and good on her

I'm usually the one who argues that Strictly is an entertainment show rather than a dancing competition, but I must admit that I'd be disappointed if Ann stayed at the expense of one of the better dancers.

I honestly think 3 weeks as well. 9th, seems fitting not to make Blackpool Top 8

well she wanted to do the paso doble and I understand she has that this week... so maybe she will go either this coming week or the week after. (I would fancy she does paso doble this week and maybe given either jive or rumba the next week... then its curtains!)

If she gets to the final then she will win it as she will have only got there by being really popular and not by getting high judges scores every week

I see Ann outlasting Michelle, Felicity, Patsy, Tina, Gavin and Jimi. Then I think the shock exit will be Pamela and Ann will follow the week after.

i think gavin and michelle will go before her. she's a lot more likeable than them two put together

I can't see her quitting, the format has been set for having one dnacer ( and I use the word loosely) in the competition that is no good at dancing but manages to garner public support and therefore she knew that would be her role.

i think she'll be in a for a good few weeks yet and I'll be throwing something at the telly as a better dancer goes before her, but i don't think she'll get into the final, there are enough people who will vote based on the dancing.

Who are these people in the GBP who are voting for her? I don't know anyone who wants her in the show!

If she does get to the final and, heaven forbid, win it, that will be the end of Strictly!

I think these tow posts answer each other. Like her dancing or not, the GBP has a sense of humour, and knowing they are winding Craig up will bring it to the fore for a few weeks. Then she will go.

I feel a bit sorry for Michelle, although I am no fan. She clearly doesn't have a fan base voting for her.

I have a horrible feeling that it could be Chris Parker all over again!

But if Ann stays in at the expense of better dancers then that proves there are more people who watch and love strictly and vote that want to be 'entertained' in this way ... not that I can get my head around that concept myself, but its a very simple formula really.

As it happens I think you're right and that will come through in the end, but some better dancers will be lost ... better dancers than Ann have left already. I just get bemused by the number of people saying its unfair when all viewers know its down to the vote (100% this series) so the proof is in the actual fact in front of our eyes at the end of each results show. The one voted out is the one who the least number of people were prepared to vote to keep.

i go on another general chat type forum and a lot of people are routing for her I keep telling myself it's just a show, not life or death.......
