He's a phenomenal guitarist.

I kinda lost interest in 'guitar wizards' as it, in my opinion, kinda detracted from the purity of conveying 'something' musically and became more of a posturing contest and a lil bit wanky. Although I probly only came to that conclusion because I cant play that well

I would love to see him live though, glad you enjoyed it.

Always thought he was the most gifted of the G3 guitar heroes. Technically incredible like all of them, but has a far better command of melody than Vai, Malsteem et al.

He was playing in Newcastle on Thursday, One of my mates went , he reckons the same, just great.
He was also impressed with his support act,, who`s name escapes me ?

Just started listening to the new album, first track is stunning! Back to old school I think, Satchifunkilus didn't quite do it for me but this seems to be back on track.

I heard it was written right after his mother passed away so you can imagine the emotion that went into this.
