My two favourite dishes are lemon chicken and crispy shredded beef. I haven't had lunch yet and just thinking about Chinese food is making me hungry!

I adore Chinese takeaway, forget chocolate bars, this is my guilty pleasure
But I don't do variety. I mainly stick with either Lemon chicken, chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, egg fried rice or some kind of fried rice, hmm chicken curry, spring rolls. Not all on the same plate of course! I am planning on going to a chinese buffet tomorrow evening. Yum.

Crispy chilli beef, but there is absolutely nothing like chicken fried rice with prawn crackers. Heavenly combination.
Chicken with cashew nuts is lovely too. |

Anything salt and pepper, be it prawns, squid, chicken, ribs, mushrooms, .I love them all! However, tend not to buy the ribs these days as I can't find any local Chinese places that do them as nice as where we used to live. They did nice big juicy ones with a nice crust on, but all the ones down here go for the little tiny ribs and the meat is always dry and not too nice.
And a lovely honey and peanut crispy beef that our local Chinese does. |

Nothing. Hate bogstandard Chinese takeaway food. Most Chinese takeaways are bogstandard. I'm sure there are good ones out there but I have never been lucky enough to find them!
