Hello my thomson dti-6300 seems to have lost the volume on all channels and also the volume in the library, i have checked the scarts to make sure nothings loose even unplugged the box but cannot get volume back, been like this 3 days now, also my girlfriend says hers did the same this morning, but it went back to normal again...has anyone else had this problem any help or advice please.

just thought i would point out my other freeview is a luxor 500 which i use downstairs and is ok.

update to lost volume..... the actual scart socket on the back of the tv is very loose, got it back on just.
