Press the menu button and select the third icon down for 'setup' now move the cursor across to 'Fresat tune' but
don't press 'ok'. Press red green yellow blue green yellow blue, and ignore the no entry icon that appears on screen. Select 'Antenna Settings' and check the connection type is reading 'Two Cables (same). However having said that your comment about seeing the two signals in the next quoted paragraph could also indicate the presence of two fully working feeds, this however may not be true if the box is running on firmware prior to version 1.00.11.

A quality of 50% is pretty boarderline it looks as if your dish isn't quite aligned correctly. The dish generally is aligned to a cluster of satellites, Astra 2A/2B/2D at 28.2°E & Eurobird 1 at 28.5°. It seems the dish is baised toward the Astra satellites and needs tweeking to bring Eurobird into line.
