So Who do we think will do the tour this year.

They will already be deciding (if not already decided) who of the current crop will be doing the live tour this year, and looking at previous contestants (getting a smaller and smaller pool)

I think if Ricky Whittle doesnt tour I would eat my hat.
I dont know who else from previous years would have the time or interest to do it..........Colin Jackson springs to mind......Lisa Snowden ?

Of the current crop I think possibly Scott.....Kara.....Patsy

Cant see Pamela or Matt having the time.

I would add Felicity too

I think Aliona has hopes that Matt B might. although I agree, I cant see him being able to commit to the time.

And agree... Ricky Whittle looks a dead cert.

I did wonder about Gaby Logan (?)

But plurrrrrrrseeeeeeeeee not Lisa Snowden.

I have been wondering about Jimi (but of course depends if he has any films already in the pipeline for next year. He seems to be this year's "having the most fun ever" celeb.

well as someone who has been to all the tours I did think last years lacked something for not having Julian Clary or Chris Parker.....Ricky Groves manfully tried to be the comedy act but didnt quite pull it off.

Do we think Ricky Whittle will do the tour with Natalie though... (or someone else)?

Kara will almost definitely do it, I just hope it's with Artem.

Sorry to go slightly off-topic but can anyone tell me when the tickets for either of the tours generally go on sale - thanks

They're already on sale. I usually wait till the cast is confirmed, but it does mean you don't get the better seats.

The tickets went on sale for each venue after the celeb tour this year (ie Jan/Feb).

There is no professionals tour for next year (at this stage).

I wonder which pros will do it, since all five of the pros who left this year were in the tour I think? Presumably the three new ones could do it, but we will need another two if numbers are the same, which may mean V&F come back? I think I read somewhere that the dates of their new tour would stop them doing the pro tour if there is one, but not the celeb tour.

Quality is gonna take a nose dive I think, especially if V&F don't do it. There aren't many good celebs left likely to take part. Or maybe they'll start repeating celebs?

I've got a dance floor seat I will probably be selling. Just waiting to hear the names of the celebs, but I can't imagine a plausible line-up that I'd want to see.

I think Ricky will probably do it & maybe Colin too from previous years. Not sure about any others but they would probably need 1 or 2 girls from previous years.

I think Kara is a shoo in to tour. Pamela could well tour too, with Patsy Tina or Felicity as possibilities. I think Jimi is very likely to tour. Gavin & Scott can probably be ruled out due to other work commitments. Matt does seem busy at the moment but is Countryfile on all the year round? (never watched it so don't have a clue)

I think its the celebs from previous years that they are going to have trouble with.......unless some start repeating they are going to seriously run out of names that people will actually want to see.

I'm more than happy with them repeating!

That's if we see Rachel again. Although, isn't she pregnant now?

If they do repeat celebs, I hope they make them do different routines the second time round.

I don't have a problem with them repeating celebs. Dancing On Ice have always done that - some celebs have done 3 tours.

I bought my tickets in January and would be happy to see some repeat celebs, especially Louisa as the first time I was there we were up in the gods and she and Vincent looked like two tiny dolls they were so far away.
Happy to see Colin and Ricky Whittle as that would mean Natalie would dance and possibly Ian as well.

Yep, Countryfile is one 48 weeks of the year so I highly doubt he will. Tbh, I hope he doesn't as it means I would have to go and I generally find the tour a bit of a snooze and very scripted. I went last year just to see Chris and Ola danced and apart from them I found the whole thing very predicatable and a drag.
