Have a google of vitamin D and colds/flu, worked for me so far... touch wood! Hated getting colds, I always lost my voice for weeks afterwards.. son and ex partner loved it

LOL LOL @ your son and ex,they must have had a few days off being told off and the house went upside down lol.
Thanks for your advice
I will see what I can do.I already take omega3 oil supplements for something and multivitamins but will speak to my doctors when I next see them in November if I can swop them for cod liver oil,if it gives me omega3.I know they cant allow me to take both and I am very poor at eating oilly fish.Uganda is a landlocked country,we are not near the sea,we actually dont eat sea food.I have learnt only to eat salmon, cod and plaice (which is not fresh)sometimes and proccessed tuna.I cant eat the rest.I do eat Ugandan fish, they sell it where I live but it is fresh water fish, the dieticians here dont understand it very much and cant advise on its oil content. We learnt about these foods nutrition in Uganda, they teach in schools,we dont need somethings beause of the sun so you cant really adapt the diet although you can buy most foods here now.It is a slow process but as years go by your diet becomes more British.I havent done well with the fish I still eat the Uganda ones.
