Which do you prefer?

Messy Little Raindrops may grown on me but 3 Words is an exceptionally well crafted pop album

I love Fight for this Love, 3 Words, Boy Like You, Stand Up and Parachute.

So far on Messy Little Raindrops I only like Promise This and Hummingbird

Did you really have to start another thread to discuss this? There's enough CC threads going as it is. Surely you could have brought this up in one of them?

Yeah, because there aren't enough threads on basically every other topic as well?

This thread has a meaning, it's not a stupid thread title that says Cheryl Cole for the title and that's it.

What are you talking about? There are far more threads on CC than any other pop act. There's at least a dozen in the first 2 pages alone. I don't see twenty threads discussing the musical genius of The Beatles or legacy of Jimi Hendrix in modern day rock music. I, and I am not alone, have had a gutsful of all these Cheryl Cole threads. There's nothing about her music worth discussing in any great depth anyway.

I can only assume that you are a kid judging by your topic of discussion. Which is better? Daddy or chips?

I love Hendrix but do I see you starting a thread about him?

Would you complain if I asked what do you prefer The Beatles - Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band or The White Album?

Maybe we should start one about her hair colour, weather she needs a boob job and how often she shaves.

Messy!!! all the way! such an awesome pop recording by what i have heard.

Beats the likes of Kylie's and Katy Perry's actually!

it's not perfect but it's really enjoyable and all the songs are great background music i must say! 3 Words had a few good ones but as an album, not really sincere!

I love 3 words now. I was listening to the 12 min preview of MLR and was really dissapointed with it, especially the title track, which I have to say is one of the worst songs I've heard this year, wit the exception of Professor Green's works. I only like Waiting and that's mainly because of the 1000 miles sample.

Also am I the only one in thnking that The Flood has unintentionally funny lyrics:
"But you can't hold on to water, it fills you up but it never stays". It makes me think of incontinence! Also it is not factually correct; you can technically hold on to water, if either you are holding a container or you freeze it.

I might have been overly critical of her new stuff, but that may be because I think Parachutes and even 3 Words are brilliant songs and I was expecting something similar to those sounds.

3 words for me

Such a fantastic album. I have been listening to it non stop since the release. Along with Rated R and Lungs, it is my most listened to and fav album of last year that i still listen to this year

Not feeling the Raindrops era but oh well. It's saved me 8-9 pound.

So it must a child that starts a discussion asking wither somebodies second album is better than their first? Wow, okay.

On topic, so far I still prefer three words but then that took a while to grow on me but from the first listen I don't think much of mlrd

We're talking about Cheryl Cole's albums here. It's like comparing donkey shit and cat sick and asking which one is better. Pointless.

I've only heard Messy Little Raindrops once, but I think I prefer it to 3 Words. I prefer that kind of dance-pop sound, whereas 3 Words was a bit more watered down R&B.

But to be fair, they're both pretty weak. I wouldn't buy either unless they were massively reduced. There's much better pop albums out there to listen to.

MLR has grown on me a lot, but this is the same for EVERYTHING Cheryl Cole releases. However, I think I'll always prefer 3 Words.

Downloading MSL off iTunes now....like what I hearing so far though I feel 3 Words was a bit more experimental.
