Back then, she was so different. It seems like she's putting on a different persona for TXF. |

wow she sounds like a spoit little brat on there. And very rude and ignorant of other people in other countries.
Im sorry but if that is how she is in real life then she does not sound like a very nice person to me. |

I never really notice her in pop Idol and not a Girl aloud fan ( puke simley would be good) So really only got to know Cheryl from X factor and I didnt really rate her on the show. But that vieo is bad as she was someone the kids would have looked up to.

I think it was from 4 years ago as thats when they did the show Girl Aloud off the record. So she would have been 23/24 so still an adult so she really cant use the excues about her been young imo. |

In a weird kinda way it warmed me to her a little bit. At least she's not being fake there. |

Lol. Typical irritating girl moaning about anything and everything. But being whiney and grumpy one day isn't anything to be hung drawn and quartered over, most people are guilty of that at times right? Everyone knows she's a tomboy, chavvy, outspoken etc away from limelight. Personally I think it's nicer seeing her more normal rather than the 'perfect' robot who is too image conscious to say boo to a goose or move a hair out of place nowadays!

I'm actually a big fan of all the judges, bar Simon, and grew to like Cheryl a lot since she started on X Factor. However, she comes across as by far the most immature, spoilt and rude of the group here- I've never come across anybody being so ignorant of another person's country. Even when I've gone on holiday with the most materialistic and pampered of people, they've always shown some appreciation of sights such as ones overlooking landscapes. In that clip, Cheryl really could not care less about anybody else (yes she does ask the other bandmates if they want to see the view but that's only to try and get support for her own needs), and certainly has no regard for the culture or the feelings of the people whose country she is in. I can actually understand how she must be feeling, given that they were obviously not warned by anyone about wearing suitable footware, and she even comes across as a real character with some genuinely funny comments.
What I've got an issue with is that the person we see on X Factor is a far cry from the person we see in this clip, and I've got a feeling that, away from the cameras and the limelight, it's the latter who is truer to Cheryl's nature. So why not have the balls to just be herself every Saturday and Sunday, rather than feed the public that rubbish about her being this patient, empathic little saint, albeit with a bit of an edge who will speak up for herself? I actually find her more endearing in that clip from Girls Aloud- she's more genuine rather than a carefully constructed attempt to be the nation's sweetheart. It really does hit home just how much of a facade she presents to the world on The X Factor. |

I never thought she was a nice person even during Pop Idol. It's all an act but some ppl can't see through her sadly
I remember when they were being picked at the end of PopIdol to be one of the five girls in the Girls Aloud and being disappointed that Cheryl was chosen. There was a girl called Aimee who in my opinion had a much better singing voice than Cheryl. I also remember thinking that Kimberly sang flat too but I liked Kimberly's personality. It was fantastic when Nicola was chosen because she was so young, red haired and pale-skinned and looked so young. Nicola had one of the most beautiful voices in that competition. Of the final line up, Nicola, Nadine and Sarah were and still are the best singers in Girls Aloud in my opinion. |

Cheryl is like one of those people you meet for the first time, who betray they are nice, they can't stay nice for long as it was all an act, the longer you get to know them the more their true colours show.

That did make me laugh a bit. It was very rude and disrespectful though.
It's exactly how I imagined Cheryl to be. I much prefer that Cheryl to the one we have now. |

It's funny because later on in the documentary, there's a clip of her and Ashley walking the dogs, one of them does it's business and neither Cheryl nor Ashley want to pooper scoop lol
I thought this clip was going to be showing the bit when they were in China and Cheryl was being a fantastic ambassador for our country, slagging off the food and the toilet arrangements and generally being a sour faced mare The funny thing is that I liked her then, even though she was a proper cowbag she was genuine. I don't like 'perfect' Cheryl
