Making comments after the decison of Lord Sugar about her peers and refusing to shake hands and making nasty comments to them on the way out confirms she was the right choice to be removed from the process.

Well let's put it this way - her horrible personality is not the only one of her problems. A personal stylist might help. When you've got a face like a hatchet already, bleached blonde hair and black glasses are not a good look.

Did you see her on the aftershow, she's dyed her hair brown now and it's longer (down to her chin). Looks much more normal

after just watching her on "you're fired" it would appear she has listened for once in her life. Brunette bob and no glasses! (Although she probably had to undergo a drastic makeover to avoid recognition in the street and the subsequent confrontations that would've occurred!)

I do hope she's managed to get herself another job in the intervening period since this series was filmed - because on the basis of what I saw this evening, she looks practically unemployable.

Her major flaw was her stubborn refusal to listen to anybody elses viewpoint. The only viewpoint she seemed to value was her own, which made her look arrogant. This was evident while she was pitching to business people and clearly not listening to their feedback. It was also evident when she was brainstorming with the other team members in preparation for a task or pitch and clearly not listening to anyone other than herself!

Classic case of a passive/aggressive person ?

Melissa was good tv so it could have been worth keeping her in for a few more weeks. Hard to know if she should have gone. From a business point of view, perhaps, she was a bit useless, but from an entertainment point of view I think she should have stayed for a few more tasks. She was a genuine character and had the gift all great reality tv performers possess...

The ability to wind people up!

I think that's where the program falls down a bit. Take that idiot who went in Week 1. He would have made for great TV. For all Lord Sugar's business nouse, you wonder what possesses him to sabotage his own TV show by letting all the dicks go early on.

Melissa wanted to be PM again even though everyone couldn't stand her as PM in last week's task. That's like rubbing salt into the wound. She was reality tv gold!
