Laura was completely in the wrong, utterly contradicting what she'd thrown a strop about earlier. But, partly because she's time travelled in to the programme from the 1970s, and partly because I practically drown in my own drool whenever she's on screen, I don't care how wrong she was.

one columnist called Paloma "the black hearted assassin"

Paloma means "dove" - hardly a harbinger of peace and harmony is she?

It was a bit of a lose-lose argument that made them all look bad.

Laura seemed childish and petty and a bit of hypocrite, Paloma seemed greedy and like the biggest bitch of the three, Sandeesh came out of it slightly less badly than the other two.

I was pulling the same face as Nick when they were arguing.
Seriously, Laura and Paloma are terrible for arguing. I wouldn't ever want to work with them it would be a nightmare.

Sandeesh whines and pouts
Laura cries about being picked on
Paloma is dangerous but has potential

I could practically smell the fear from Laura.

Her lack of confidence about making sales was apparent from the off. She was obsessed with her sales book being filled. She didn't want other girls interfering with her deals but was quite happy to but in on theirs.

She was desperate. I wish she'd gone the week she was PM. Way out of her depth that girl.

Paloma is a moron. Yes, she's dangerous, but she was prepared to jeopardise the entire sales sub team in order to ensure that only 200 units of their product could be legally sold, possibly indefinitely, across one of the major fashion/sports retail areas in London. Without the consent of the patent holder.

That is not potential. That is a business move of total stupidity and suicidal. If she pulled that one within a company she'd be sacked and possibly leave herself open to being sued. Awful woman, and nowhere near as clever, accomplished of wise as she believes herself to be - indeed in many ways she's as deluded as Melissa.

Quite agree. However there are a lot of Paloma's out there (of both sexes). They seem professional, are good at talking, until you think about what they are saying. If they aren't constantly minded they can make mistake after mistake. But they usually make management and once there in some companies no one takes managers to task. PR, media, marketing, IT services or anything where results are diffused and the BS quotient high are a natural home.

Melissa you see and hear coming and so just stop listening (to protect your mind).

But surely everything you've just listed is a reason why she makes good viewing? She's so far out of her depth it's hilarious to behold. Let's be honest, the way she acts, she seems like she'd be out of her depth if asked to open a yoghurt pot.

To be fair to Laura, Sandeesh and Palmoa are a pretty gruesome twosome of Mean Girls awfulness, who work off each other to bully the crap out of anyone in their cross hairs. What will be fun is to see those two rip each other new ones should they run out of victims. I have a sneaky feeling that Sandeesh would win hands down. It's always the quiet ones.
