Quite agree. However there are a lot of Paloma's out there (of both sexes). They seem professional, are good at talking,
until you think about what they are saying. If they aren't constantly minded they can make mistake after mistake. But they usually make management and once there in some companies no one takes managers to task. PR, media, marketing, IT services or anything where results are diffused and the BS quotient high are a natural home.
Melissa you see and hear coming and so just stop listening (to protect your mind).
