Oh it was funny watching the three of them squabbling! I don't see any business talent there though.

Paloma was completely right, she even let Laura keep the sales at the beginning despite closing the deal for her. Laura's desperate attempt at trying to increase her lowly number of sales off Paloma's deal was hilarious!

Laura is such a big baby. She's like Kevin the Teenager "It's not fair!!!"

It's true Paloma did herself no favours either, but at least she came across like someone who was no longer in nappies. Sandeesh managed to keep out of it to a certain extent.

Paloma's response to Sandeesh demanding 50% of her deal was fair i thought. Why should she have made a profit on what she orignally managed to sell? Sandeesh had a bloody cheek!

It didnt count, so i guess its irrelevant. But Sandeesh and Laura seem a little above their heads now, they didnt have a clue, and ended up trying to desperately get sales from their team mate to increase their embarrassing figures. Thats where it went wrong, no team work.

How true!.

I dont think any of these three seem to realise that in a team you should support each other, NOT try for a bit of childish one upwomanship at every opportunity....

Lucky the other group saved their collective butts, or one of them would have been for the long walk.

I thought that they all should have shared the sales for that shop but for different reasons that Laura was citing. If Paloma was agreeing to exclusivity in Soho then that deprived the other two of the opportunity to make a sale in that area, so I think it would only be fair if they divided it. Why should Paloma be the only one to get a bite of the cherry?

He he about the Laura description

I'm not sure Sandeesh managed to keep out, I think she was sidelined and is not a match for Paloma. Paloma is very ambitious and didn't show herself to be a team player in that part. She wanted the 200 sales for herself, Sandeesh wanted half but quickly settled for 30 out of 200, which is not a fair deal as Paloma would not have had a single sale in that shop if Sandeesh wasn't willing to give up her earlier sale of 30 in that area.

Because Paloma would not have a sale at all if Sandeesh didn't give up her sale of 30.

I thought at that point that it would be fair to share the sales on that particular deal.
As it was quite a good sell, it could potentially give the team a win over the other team (we didn't know about the big sells at that point) and they would have to leave the area so there was no opportunity for Laura to make a sale in that same area (which was considered a good one for the product).

So I thought it rather unfair that Paloma wanted to walk away with the 200, leavng the others with nothing on a 'hot spot'. An even share, or even a 40-30-30 one seemed to be more reasonable.

Of course instead of quarreling in front of the shop like a bunch of schoolgrils, she/they should have called the teamleader about the exclusivity deal.

If it were not for the fact all three are quite easy on they eye, I'd say cut the crap and send the trio off now.

Without the consent of the patent holder.

That is not potential. That is a business move of total stupidity and suicidal. If she pulled that one within a company she'd be sacked and possibly leave herself open to being sued. Awful woman, and nowhere near as clever, accomplished of wise as she believes herself to be - indeed in many ways she's as deluded as Melissa.”

I am in complete agreement with you Uro.
These three 'Ladies' have got all of the neccessary qualities for a very watchable series, namely:

Desperate for attention
Narcissistic tendencies
Bald faced Liars
Over inflated opinion of their own abilities
Driven by greed
Empire builders
Power-mad
A Selfish, Cruel streak
Temperamental
Ar*elickers to his Lordship

It does make for great tv, but you would never, ever employ one of these awful women.

"Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity".

Maybe because she was giving exclusivity to this guy in Soho and so the other team members wouldn't be able to make other potential deals in that area and so taking a percentage of Paloma's deal would be some sort of compensation

Where there is smoke there is fire, Paloma has already been in this situation 3 times (girls boardroom in week 2 and her vs. Shibby last week).

Paloma was well in the wrong and out of order.

Laura has got a very Eastern European look about her, that Paloma is one scary woman to me - she would quite happily climb over all the other candidates rotting corpses to land this job.

It was hilarious, right outside the shop as well.
Nick's face was the funniest part of it.

I felt sorry for Nick last night. He so looked liked her wanted to intervene but he isn't really allowed is he? He has to let them hang themselves or do well enough to win but that situation needed some intervention thanks to uber fiery Paloma thinking about number one all the time!!!

When it came to sharing the sale it never appeared to cross that Paloma's mind that she could split it evenly with the other two.

In the boardroom she would have then been able to take the moral high-ground by claiming she did it in the best interest of the team; as well getting a good sale.

Unfortunately Paloma is all "me, me, me", displaying a complete lack of diplomatic skills, and forward planning.

That won't have gone unnoticed by the shrewd experienced head on Nick.

He's interfered before. I think he was wrong to do so then, so it's good that he's keeping quiet this time.

Paloma at least has some brains and ability. It's a shame she gets stuck with the other two whiny, petulant and totally unprofessional brats!

Typical of course, that some of the male DS contingent fancy to two airheads, but seem a little scared by Paloma!

You're right to be scared boys. She's make mincemeat of you

I'm not going to speak for anyone else, but I fancy Laura despite her personality. Come to that, I rather fancy Paloma too and that, at least, is partially based on her personality. Not a great deal, because she's mostly obnoxious, but she is at least mildly capable and she makes me laugh a lot. I like her accent, too.

Way to go, ladies. Take your squabble on the street. Then go back in and any shop-owner worth a damn and having seen the split in the ranks will just take you down another 25%.

When's the piss-up in the brewery challenge? I don't think they'll do too well.
