If they hadn't been told about the sandalwood error though, they wouldn't have known that they had to do that. If the other team had performed worse than they did, that could have changed the result.

I've also seen you refer to a location shoot as "being on set". Or did you just mean the boardroom which of course is a set?
It seems that people involved in TV nowadays are also clueless. Must be all those media studies degrees that they give away.

I hope Sandeesh will be the next to go - she reminds me too much of Ghazil (S3) - long hair, big eyes, somewhat abrasive, contributes little.
Laura should get her marching orders soon - she's not awful, but is average at best and didn't do well as PM. Paloma has a chance of slipping through to the final five but I have a feeling her character may get her fired before that.

Agree, esp about Laura and Paloma. Laura was awful, hasn't improved and is already on a second chance. Paloma will drop herself in it. Not so sure about Sandeesh. True we, and it looks like the other candidates and AS, feel she does little. However several times she has pointed out the mistakes the other two have made straight away. So there is a possibility she suddenly turns into a good PM and wins that task. The editors are fond of at least one redemption arc per series.

I liked Ghazal; never saw her as abrasive at all. In a series with Katie, Kristina, Adam, Tre and Jadine, how would Ghazal look abrasive?
I have to admit that I find Paloma so incredibly attractive. lol
The accent, the posture, the grammer, the slight evilness....it certainly all comes together in a very cool, calm, sophisticated package.
I loved it when she was in the boardroom with Shibby and Sandeesh, the way she kept the same poise with her body while her eyes fluttered back-and-forth from Lord Sugar to Shibby like she was watching a tennis match.
She did basically destroy Shibby in the verbal battle, while still behaving like she's far too superior for the whole situation.
Awesome.

I thought she was somewhat abrasive, though not ridiculously abrasive like Tre or Katie.
I said that because she was involved in some of the arguments - particulary with Kristina and Adam (no surprise with the latter though). She also trusted Katie a bit too much.
That's not to say I really disliked her though. But I didn't really like her either. I didn't really feel one way or the other about her - I didn't think she would win and she never really seemed to do much - or at least not much worth of note.
Same with Sandeesh - I don't think she'll win and she doesn't make me feel either way about her. So I don't really think much of her, and wouldn't care too much if she went next.

I think in series 3 it might have been a struggle to stay altogether out of arguments. I agree that Ghazal did trust Katie too much; she pretty well acknowledged as much on You're Fired. I did care somewhat about her, because she was very attractive. Sandeesh is less so, but she does have those remarkable eyes.

If you rewatch episode 8 of S3 again, you'll see he's not at the treat with the others - Lohit claimed on his website that was because Tre was in a bad mood over Ghazal being fired.
I wonder if Paloma has the same relationship with Sandeesh - maybe not...
