Paloma?

I was hoping they would lose so we could see the back of her. IMO, she was well vindictive to Shibby and told a major porkie last week to save her neck.

I think what she did is not forgiveable, shame, I liked her before that.

Sandeesh.

I think next week either Stuart or Sandeesh will be fired depending on what team wins.

I really want Palomoa to go now. She was being more vindictive yesterday and she's more fiery than any of them.

At least Stuart and Jo have piped down. Paloma is prepared to stop at nothing to get her win or stay. I really do think that she's a very vindictive person and thats my view if anyone disagree, not saying its a definite.

I would sack Paloma for the stupidity over exclusivity this week, for over selling low profit items that couldn't be manufactured last week and for general prima donna behaviour since day one.

The porky I'd forgive her for though, as Shibby shouldn't have raised it in the BR in the first place.

I reckon Laura. She's proven herself to be useless, argumentative and hypocritical.

That said, I fancy the pants off her, so hope she remains on the winning team for many weeks to come.

I really fancied her in previous weeks but in last nights episode I went a bit off her when getting to see more of her figure. Still wouldn;t say no I think!

What was wrong with her figure?

Paloma probably - two weeks on the trot she's made poor judgements.

Firing any of those trio of harpies would have been fine by me though.

I know none of the three were pm'ing, so they couldn't have had all three in the boardroom, but when Laura, Paloma and Sandeesh were screaming at each other on Old Compton St like a pack of harpies, I thought - that would be a great boardroom.

Paloma probably deserved to go. She's had two or three big f*** ups already - she's all talk and not much acumen at all.

Just for the "exclusivity" deal, Paloma would have been the favourite to go, but the entire trio were trully dire, and the arguement was seriously unproffesional.

It would certainly have been one of the trio of Laura, Sandeesh and Paloma. I'd say Laura deserved to go most; she's such a hypocrite and a crybaby (she insisted on keeping all her sale for her herself then whined and stamped her feet like a toddler when she wasn't allowed a share of someone else's).

I agreed with Laura. By going for the exclusive deal that Paloma wanted, meant that they had to dishonour the other deal that Laura got so I think if Paloma wanted her deal it was only fair that Laura got the sales awarded to her from the deal they had to let go.

Otherwise how would it be fair just for one of them to offer exclusivity and then force the others out of getting results?

That was Sandeesh, not Laura. Laura wanted some of Paloma's sales purely because she'd butted in on her pitch, despite the fact that she'd thrown a huge strop earlier because Sandeesh and Paloma butted in on her pitch, even though they were letting her keep all the sales.

Probably Sandeesh or Laura. If Paloma was taken into the boardroom, she would have likely fought her corner while Laura/Sandeesh would have shrunk. The only possible saving card Laura could pull would be the conversation with Herself/Shibby/Paloma on Sandeesh's ability.

Err they didnt originally, as they both (sandeesh and Paloma) went for their sales books, when the guy agreed to buy them. They didnt let Laura keep them, she got her book out quicker.

How comes we didnt see a sales pitch from Sandeesh, did she even make one?

Laura was well out of order asking for a share of the sales though.

Laura and Sandeesh to go next on that team, followed by Paloma

Laura. She was very lucky she survived when she was PM, and I think she is in over her head.

I think he's substantially over-rating Jamie, but then I guess I've been looking for faults given I wrote him off based on the website in week 1. I'm kind of shocked nobody has noticed him marching into B & Q offering them an initial order of 100,000 units of the shower-head for a potential £1,000,000 deal. Farcical. His initial pitching to Debenhams was awful as well. Melissa was worse, but it seemed to be to cover him just standing there going "umm, ahh" and looking at his feet.

Joanna seemed to be doing most of the spade work on the team, although even then she set up that round-trip to Leamington Spa (which would take what? 4 hours?) that was a complete dud.

Think for the other team it would have depended on who Chris would have brought in - whichever of Sandeesh or Laura went to the boardroom with him, possibly Sandeesh, because Lordalan just doesn't seem to like her. Don't think he's going to get rid of Paloma for a while yet, unfortunately.

I don't think Jamie is a bad as you do. He makes some slips, but he's working hard and gets on with most of them. He's got a really good chance. Joanna is the louder female version. Jamie might have decided to give up on his sub team.

You might be right about Paloma, like Ben last year, concentrating on being a force in the boardroom. Hopefully she'll screw up on a task and won't be able to talk herself out of it at the expense of another.

I think he's in the top tier ability wise based no what we've seen so far (above Laura, Sandeesh, Paloma, Stubags and possibly Alex and Stella), but I agree with Lordalan this week that his people management skills are poor. I know Melissa is a nut who goes off at any opportunity, but to tell her literally the second before she goes in to pitch to their biggest lead of the day that she's having 50% of her sales taken off of her and given to Joanna because she set up the meeting was awful. I think at some point he's going to pick the sort of feud he did with Melissa with someone else, and if it's someone of a slightly higher calibre of street-fighter than Melissa was (ie, Scrappy Doo and upwards) he might over-reach himself and fall on his face.

He also probably should have prised that pitch off Melissa and given it to somebody (ANYBODY) else, but he couldn't deal with her tantrums and caved in to her, just like he half-hearted wandered off after telling Stubags off like a scolding daddy in week 1.

I don't think he picked a feud with Melissa. It's more Melissa versus The Universe. Like some of those on S4, you couldn't relie on her doing what you asked, simply and sanely. And it's not so much caving in as 1) she's going to have issues with whatever I say, so best if they are grumbles rather than blow the pitch cos she's still throwing her toys around, and 2) Stubaggs is more than likely to screw up and Stella might well be almost as bad as Chris B in delivery (flakey memory too). What tanked that pitch was more the demo failed and Jamie wouldn't have known that. And no amount of keeping in touch would have made him aware any the sooner, SirAlun.

They were in the car when he told them about 50% of the sales. Thought it was the same time they learned there was a pitch anyway. In some ways it was a fair thing to do, perhaps as a thanks to Joanna for all the cold calling. Besides it should be a big enough order to make them all look good if not actually clean up and win. Somehow, someone sold 50 cat playhouses in similar circumstances, so it can only be better than that. Surely.
