Ringer help needed please

Hi

wondering if anyone can help.

My cousin has set music over his dads ringer so everytime people call him now they hear the hawaii 5.0 music.

no-one can work out how to remove this. Can anyone on here help at all?

My uncle is on orange is that helps?

What phone is it? The network he is on means nothing.

The phone means nothing. Its the network which is the important bit!
