Along the lines of Fantasy Football. You choose your candidates, say 10 for a team, and get points for various things, including tasks completed, won, arguments, firings, boardroom selection, PM-ing, sales and so on. Obviously as one of your candidates is fired you stand to lose points, so choose carefully!
