What has Cowell got against Paije
I thought this was a singing contest not a newspaper column inch one. Paije is one of the best singers in the contest IMO - so why does Cowell put him on early, make comments that aren't related to singing ability and generally treat him unfairly
Is Cowell stupid or what - the lad has talent |

Hm... he does seem to skirt the issue actually.
I like Paije -- didn't he suggest he was 'surly'. I think in first live performance he said "You've come back without any surliness..." |

I think Simon sometimes sees things in people that aren't really there. Unless of course, he expected him to be surley after having to come back and do another song.
He's got a good voice and it's about time they showed it off better. |

Well then let's wind up Cowell by voting for Paije - it does seem to be a personal dislike by Cowell - probably because Paije is more talented than his favoured cash cows. It is bordering on the bullying from Cowell
Come on Paije - nail it tonight |

Huh he must be very myopic - he actually thinks Cher and Katie are talented Unless of course, he expected him to be surley after having to come back and do another song. He's got a good voice and it's about time they showed it off better. |

Cowell's not stupid. He doesn't see a market for the lad there for will do his utmost to see he doesn't win over the more marketable acts. He wont shift albums in huge numbers so Cowell looks elsewhere.

Totally agree, prime example of someone seeing what he wants to see. Also, the fact that he's one of Danni's might have something to do with it...

I never said Cowell was racist - I responded to a post by saying are you suggesting he was racist - I was clarifying a comment.
I just think he has a personal issue with Paije which may account for the unfair treatment he is dishing out with terrible performing slots - and catty comments about his clothes. That is perilously close to bullying |

I have to hand it to Louis for praising Paije last week in light of him suffering a close family bereavement during the week. I thought it was really superficial of Simon to go on about what he was wearing when the guy got himself together to deliver a great performance on what must have been a very emotional time.

Maybe it's just genuinely because he doesn't fit in the industry today?
what kind of songs do you think he could sing which is relevant to todays charts (as that's what Si cares about) |

mixed race leona and slim alex slim black could be considered white he didn't want her to win but it just happened simon hates fat people e.g jennifer hudson
Paije wouldn't look so bad if they didn't dress him like Tito Jackson, it's so dated. |

Paije is doing Back to Black by Amy Winehouse tonight - let's get behind him and vote for him - he deserves to stay - the tuneless chumps can go now |
